Adrien Brody Reacts to Kim Kardashian Mixing Him & Adam Brody Up

As a lifestyle expert with a knack for discerning the subtle nuances of Hollywood, I must say that the recent social media mix-up between Kim Kardashian and Adrien Brody is an amusing reminder of our collective human fallibility. It’s heartening to see that even celebrities can make mistakes, albeit in a slightly more public arena than most of us.

Adrien Brody didn’t skim over this social media mix-up.

In her enthusiasm for Erin Foster’s latest production, Nobody Wants This, Kim Kardashian inadvertently slipped up while expressing her affection for the show’s cast.

On September 30, Kim posted a picture on her Instagram Story of her TV screen and enthusiastically acknowledged nearly everyone involved in the show. She wrote, “I watched four episodes before falling asleep! It’s absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to finish it! Highly recommended: @erinfoster @sarafoster @kristenanniebell @adrienbrody on Netflix.

In a slightly different phrasing: Kim got most things correct, except that it’s actually Adam Brody who is the main actor alongside Kristen Bell in the comedy produced by Erin. This humorous production delves into the unique bond between a charismatic Rabbi and an open-minded, sex-positive podcaster who happens to be agnostic. Interestingly, Adam (without an Instagram account) did not respond to the picture, but Adrien, who is not part of the show’s cast, reciprocated the affection instead.

Adrien posted a photo on Instagram showing him with the cast of his new movie, “The Brutalist,” at a screening in New York City on September 28. In the caption, he wrote, “I love NY! Thanks to The New York Film Festival and congratulations to the producers, cast, and crew for the amazing showing of THE BRUTALIST.” (In this version, I’ve replaced the heart emoji with “love” for clarity.)

Expressing his reciprocal affection for the unexpected love Kim extended, Adrien publicly acknowledged the founder of SKIMs and the film’s distribution company, saying, “A big thank you goes out to @a24 and @kimkardashian.

Regarding “Nobody Wants This,” the Netflix series draws some inspiration from its creator Erin, who is the daughter of David Foster and married Simon Tikhman in 2019 following her conversion to Judaism.

However, it doesn’t mean that Erin, who is Noah Mimi Tikhman’s co-parent with Simon, wasn’t apprehensive when it came to translating this tale into a work of fiction.

As a lifestyle consultant, I’ve often found myself grappling with anxieties when it comes to certain aspects of my work, and in an effort to maintain a healthy relationship, I chose to create characters that bear little resemblance to real-life individuals. My spouse, for instance, is quite reserved and private, making our union more akin to a personal challenge for him – he jokingly refers to it as his own ‘hell’. Today, over breakfast, he even wished me well for my interviews, requesting that I keep our private life out of the spotlight.
