What Is Grand Blue Dreaming?

If you haven’t watched the anime called “Grand Blue”, now’s a good time to catch up before season two arrives. The show has a devoted fanbase, and a large part of its appeal lies in the character of Iori. Essentially, Grand Blue follows the story of Iori who moves to Izu Peninsula for college. Desiring to make the most of his college years, Iori encounters the local diving club and forms new friendships, despite his initial reservations. You see, this diving club is well-known in town for their rowdy behavior which Iori isn’t particularly fond of at first. However, as he gets to know the club members better, Iori finds himself fully immersed in the group.

Right now, you can effortlessly watch the first season of “Grand Blue” on both Hulu and Crunchyroll. As for the manga, it’s still being produced, with Kodansha handling its English version. You can pick up the manga in print from your local bookstore.
