Agatha All Along: Kathryn Hahn Reveals Most Important Aspect of Following WandaVision

It seems like a daunting task to keep up with all these names and titles. But I assure you, it gets easier once you get into the groove.

Over the course of a few short weeks, fans can look forward to the launch of “Agatha All Along“, the newest Disney+ show that ties into the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s storyline. This series acts as something of a continuation from the Emmy-nominated show “WandaVision”, focusing on further escapades of Agatha Harkness (played by Kathryn Hahn), with a stronger emphasis on supernatural elements compared to its predecessor. In an interview with ComicBook prior to the premiere, Hahn praised returning series creator Jac Schaeffer for her ongoing efforts in shaping a fresh direction for Agatha’s character.

In our interview, Hahn clarified that Jac Schaeffer was instrumental in the development of Agatha because she crafted this unique version of the character who traverses multiple comic book worlds. They wanted to ensure that this portrayal of Agatha respected the setting of Westview and anticipated future events. Essentially, it’s about Agatha’s powers evolving rather than being restored, as she undergoes a transformation.

What Is Agatha All Along About?

In the captivating series Agatha All Along, it’s me, Agatha Harkness, who finds myself at a low ebb, stripped of my powers following a shady goth teen’s intervention to free me from a twisted enchantment. My curiosity is ignited when this enigmatic figure pleads with me to embark on the fabled Witches’ Road, a treacherous path of trials that, upon completion, bestows a witch with what they lack most. Alongside this intriguing teen, I rally a makeshift coven and venture forth, venturing deeper and deeper into The Road…

Beyond Kathryn Hahn, the cast of Agatha All Along includes Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza. The show’s executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, and Jac Schaeffer. Directing duties for the series fall to Jac Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Montiero.

On September 18th, the new show called “Agatha All Along” will make its premiere only on Disney+. If you haven’t subscribed to Disney+ yet, you can give it a try by following this link.
