As a lifelong Marvel fan with countless hours spent binge-watching and re-watching the MCU, I must say that the upcoming series “Agatha All Along” is nothing short of exhilarating! The return of Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness and the introduction of several new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe has me on the edge of my seat.
In just a few days, Marvel enthusiasts will revisit Westview with the spinoff series, “Agatha All Along.” This new show features the return of Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness for another exciting tale, and introduces several fresh faces to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As Agatha gathers her coven, they embark on a journey along the Witches’ Road. Even though Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, and Debra Jo Rupp – who is reprising her role of Sharon Davis/Mrs. Hart from “WandaVision” – are part of one specific segment of the MCU, they have pondered where they’d like to make an appearance if a crossover chance presents itself.
Discussing with ComicBook, Rupp, Zamata, and Ahn revealed their preferred Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) crossover locations, which were all distinctly different and distant from Westview.
“Maybe Wakanda?” Zamata, who plays Jennifer Kale, said. “I like Black Panther.”
Ahn, who plays Alice Wu-Gulliver, was feeling a little Asgardian.
“You know, I do love the Thor,” she said.
But Rupp didn’t have a strong preference about which location she wanted to transition to: “I could go to any of them; it doesn’t matter which one.”
Rupp Says She was “Stunned” to Return After WandaVision
Rupp expressing her readiness to travel anywhere within the Marvel Cinematic Universe if a crossover were to occur isn’t much of a shock, given that she’s also expressed enthusiasm about reprising her role for Agatha All Along, even though she was taken aback by being asked to come back. She’s fully committed to the project.
“Rupp expressed surprise and amazement, stating that he was completely taken aback. He was thrilled when he learned about the ‘witch’ aspect, which immediately grabbed his attention. He was fully committed, with no reservations, unaware of what would happen to Sharon, but he was fully on board.”
Ahn and Zamata Open Up About Joining the MCU
Ahn and Zamata expressed that not only did they hold specific crossover dreams, but being part of the MCU through the show “Agatha All Along” was an equally cherished realization of their dreams.
For quite some time, I’ve been an ardent admirer of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and being part of this show has long been a cherished aspiration of mine. It’s simply astounding to be here! Additionally, I have a soft spot for tales involving witches, so yes, this story seems tailor-made for me.
Ahn remarked, “I could not have imagined a more fitting method of application,” and Zamata agreed, saying, “This role truly embodies my dreams.”

Agatha becomes intrigued when this enigmatic teen pleads for her guidance on the fabled Witches’ Road, an arduous path of trials that grants a witch what they lack if successfully navigated. Alongside this mysterious teen, Agatha gathers a motley group of witches in desperation, embarking on their perilous journey along The Road…
Title character Agatha All Along features the talented Kathryn Hahn alongside Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, with Debra Jo Rupp and Patti LuPone, plus Aubrey Plaza. The show is executive produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, and Jac Schaeffer. Directing duties for the series are handled by Jac Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Montiero. Agatha All Along premieres on September 18th on Disney+.
