In the game, Anubites are among the most powerful Mythical Units, particularly when obtained early. These units are unique to civilizations that feature Anubis as their Minor Deity within Egyptian cultures. Their speed makes them agile, allowing them to quickly move towards enemies and bridge gaps. What’s more, they can leap over walls, making them exceptionally useful against more defensive opponents!
In this tutorial, we’ll provide you with an optimal building sequence to help you secure two Anubis statues and a Town Center (TC) as quickly as possible when playing the character Set in Age of Mythology: Remastered.
Set Build Order Guide (Two TC Anubites) | Age of Mythology: Retold
For an efficient setup in Age of Mythology: Retold, strive to establish 2 Town Centers (TC) and 2 Anubites at the earliest opportunity. To begin, deploy your first 3 Workers to construct a Granary before they gather Food resources. After the Granary is completed, use your Pharaoh to enhance it, boosting its productivity.
Once everything is prepared, bring in a new civilian straight away. Task this civilian with constructing a Monument immediately, followed by a House once the Monument is complete. Additionally, bring in two more civilians and have them establish a Mining Camp concurrently. When the civilian working on the House finishes their task, assign them to the Gold Mine.
