As a seasoned gamer with decades of alien-infested adventures under my belt, I must confess that the anticipation for the upcoming VR title, Alien: Rogue Incursion, has me practically vibrating with excitement! The prospect of once again donning the boots of a resourceful protagonist in a survival horror masterpiece is simply too enticing to resist.
Remarkably, the long-awaited sequel for “Alien: Isolation” is now being developed, but don’t get too excited just yet as it’s still not ready for launch. However, fans of the survival horror Alien series have something else to anticipate – Survios’ first-person survival horror game, “Alien: Rogue Incursion,” is soon to be available on VR devices. To build up excitement, the developers have unveiled a launch trailer before its release, which you can watch below.
“Alien: Rogue Incursion” places players in the role of Zula Hendricks, a previous Colonial Marine, venturing into the unknown world of Purdan. Penetrating a research facility, she encounters various dangers such as corporate intrigue and what Survios terms “the most intelligent Xenomorphs yet”. Essentially, she’s in for a challenging adventure.
The highly anticipated game titled “Alien: Rogue Incursion” is set to release very soon, specifically on December 19th. It will be available on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest 3, and Steam VR platforms.
