All 8 Nintendo Switch 2 Games Confirmed So Far

Last week, Nintendo unveiled the long-awaited Nintendo Switch 2. However, it was only demonstrated alongside a single game – a new Mario Kart with contentious modifications. Although there are numerous speculations about upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 games, such as a potential Game of the Year nominee in 2024, very few have been verified for the console. In the forthcoming weeks and months, more information is expected to surface. To that end, it’s likely that several significant games for the Nintendo Switch 2 will be unveiled during the first-ever Nintendo Switch 2 Direct in April.

Leaving aside speculated and unverified games, we’re only certain about eight games for the Nintendo Switch 2, as of January 19, 2025.

A majority of these games aren’t particularly groundbreaking; interestingly, two out of eight appear to be smaller spin-offs aiming to grab some early spotlight by hinting at a Nintendo Switch 2 launch before others. Regardless, this platform is ideal for those eager to explore the games officially confirmed for the rumored Nintendo Switch 2. Here are the titles:

The game titled “Littlelands,” created by the duo Rafael Martin and Kyle Creamer, offers an action-adventure experience within a charmingly cute and comfy environment. Unfortunately, there’s no news yet on its release date.

In simple terms, the game Synth Beasts from Radhood is an Action Role-Playing Game (RPG) where you catch and train various creatures. As you progress, these creatures level up and gain new skills. The exact release date isn’t known yet, but it’s expected to come out soon.

Aurascope

Aurascope is introduced as an engaging action-adventure game that combines elements of puzzles and role-playing games (RPGs). This project is being developed single-handedly by the talented indie developer, Nick Oztok, who has not disclosed a launch date yet.

My Time at Evershine

Developer Pathea Games describes my time at Evershine as a blend of sandbox simulation and role-playing games, offering a comforting atmosphere. At the moment, there’s no set release date for this game.

Secret Forest

Title Game: Secret Forest

Description: Developed by Zelcar Games, Secret Forest is an immersive open-world MMORPG being crafted using Unreal Engine 5. Unfortunately, a release date for this game hasn’t been set yet, but fans can look forward to participating in the Closed Beta, which is scheduled for “early 2025.” However, it should be noted that the beta version won’t be compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2.
