All About That Bass

Meghan Trainor is all about that honesty.

At the 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango event in Huntington Beach, California on May 10, the body-positive singer altered a line from her 2014 song “All About That Bass” during her performance. Instead of singing “I ain’t no size 2,” she replaced it with “I got some new boobs.”

As a devoted follower, I haven’t been taken aback that this isn’t the first instance where I, at 31 years old, have openly discussed my breast surgery. In fact, I unveiled this aspect of my life in an Instagram post dated March 6, and subsequently shared more details with TopMob News, stating, “I finally got the boobs I’ve always dreamed of, and they are simply stunning.

She shared, “I had two children, emptied myself completely, then shed a significant amount of weight, leaving my chest almost unrecognizable. I felt the need for a change, so I longed for new breasts, which was my aspiration.

The singer behind the hit “Made You Look” admitted that she initially hesitated to disclose undergoing a cosmetic procedure due to potential judgement, given her lyrics promoting self-acceptance for women. Yet, the overwhelmingly positive comments about her new look led her to believe that being truthful was the best course of action.

Initially, you might feel a bit apprehensive, but since I’m quite transparent, I just blurted out, “I’m having breast augmentation,” and the responses were overwhelmingly positive. All the mothers responded with an emphatic “Yes!” instead.

Besides discussing her breast augmentation, Meghan has also spoken about another physical transformation she underwent. In fact, she disclosed the use of an injectable medication (GLP-1) to aid in weight loss, which she started shortly after announcing her breast enhancement procedure.

She shared on Instagram on March 31st that she’s been striving to become the healthiest and strongest version of herself – for her children and herself. She’s consulted with a nutritionist, made significant life adjustments, started training with a fitness instructor, and yes, she incorporated scientific methods, giving a shoutout to Mounjaro, as a support after her second pregnancy.

She continued, “And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”

In March 2025, the host of the Golden Globes passionately advocated for the acceptance of Ozempic, encouraging individuals to openly discuss their usage of this particular medication.

She enthusiastically endorsed it, saying on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, ‘Go for it!’ She’s non-judgmental about Ozempic; if someone wants to use it, she cheers them on with a resounding ‘yes!’

She stated, “I wish to encourage more openness about the subject, as I believe it’s largely due to feelings of discomfort that stem from individuals who want others to remain overweight. This unease is primarily rooted in thin people who are resentful because your slimming down means they have less control, as you possess qualities such as dynamism and a good personality, which they lack.

Back in December 2024, the model disclosed that she’d previously used Ozempic before, but ceased taking it following her participation on ‘Dancing with the Stars’, which began in the autumn of the preceding year.

Nader admitted to trying a small amount when it initially became popular, as everyone else was doing so. However, he felt quite sick from it. Despite his liking for it, he couldn’t continue because of his commitment to ‘Dancing with the Stars’.

Brooks admitted that her motivation and stamina for working out slightly decreased after starting the medication. She had to choose between the two, and ultimately chose dance over weightlifting.

However, she made it clear that she despises Ozempic and would never consider using it, as self-injection is something she strongly dislikes.

As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but notice the buzz on social media about Lizzo supposedly using Ozempic for weight loss, sparked by her recent Instagram post displaying a more svelte silhouette. In response, the illustrious Grammy winner shared a video, syncing with a popular TikTok soundbite of Christoph Waltz’s character from Django Unchained, saying, “It’s like a reward.” It seems like she’s savoring her journey and the progress she’s made!

Kate Moss’ younger sibling shared the reason she regretted taking Ozempic, stating it as “the biggest mistake I’ve ever made,” during an episode of their podcast, “Dream On”, which aired in September 2024.

Following intake of a dose intended for individuals weighing approximately 220 pounds and above, the individual experienced severe difficulty retaining solid food or liquids, ultimately leading to a visit to the emergency room.

In all honesty, I’ve never experienced anything as terrifying as the seizure I had due to severe dehydration. It got to a point where my friend had to keep my feet still. The entire ordeal was petrifying. My facial muscles clenched up, and my body tensed up so much.

In an interview with Page Six in April 2024, a former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8 revealed that he managed to shed 32 pounds within just two months by administering semaglutide injections, which is the generic version of the drug Ozempic.

In a post on her blog dated March 2024, the celebrated star of The Pioneer Woman revealed that she did not rely on Ozempic or comparable drugs for her successful 50-pound weight loss in 2022; instead, it was achieved through natural methods.

By August 2023, the former star of “30 Rock” shared during an interview on “Today With Hoda and Jenna” that his weight loss was due to using Ozempic, as it helped reduce his hunger.

In March 2024, his health journey seemed to make an unexpected shift. On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he stated, “I’ve mastered the art of consuming more than Ozempic.” As a result, he added 40 pounds to his weight.

Towards the end of that particular month, he made it clear to TopMob News that his earlier statement was a joke. He further mentioned, “Ozempic worked wonderfully for me, and I was happy to make use of it.

In an open discussion, the star of “The Real Housewives of Dubai” revealed her decision to use Ozempic, following a period of self-reflection and change that she experienced at the age of 45, which some might describe as a midlife crisis.

In her podcast “Uncut & Uncensored With Caroline Stanbury” on May 22nd, she stated that losing weight after turning 40 can be incredibly challenging. However, she’s encountered numerous women around her age asking, “How did you do it?” Honesty compels her to admit that she utilized Ozempic, a tool she considers highly effective for those who can use it.

During a July 2024 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live”, the star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” clarified that she is not using Ozempic, but instead opted for Mounjaro. She jokingly apologized and expressed her delight with her current weight, stating, “I’m loving this figure! I have so much energy, if you couldn’t tell.

Previously featured on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she disclosed her unsuccessful effort to shed pounds using an injection-based treatment.

In her statement from June 2024, she explained that the diet didn’t suppress her hunger. Contrary to what others might say about feeling full after trying it, she continued to enjoy appetizers, a main course, and dessert without any reduction in her appetite. She added that when a diet works for some but not for her, it can lead to feelings of sadness or self-doubt. Essentially, she questioned why the diet wasn’t effective for her.

In her conversation with Fox News Digital, she mentioned that while she can’t provide medical insights, there is a wealth of information available regarding what’s effective and what isn’t. She believes that Ozempic offers numerous advantages, but also carries certain risks.

In 2017, after welcoming her son Beau, the character from Beverly Hills, 90210 experimented with a weight-loss aid to slim down.

In a 2024 episode of her podcast titled “misSPELLING“, she shared that Ozempic wasn’t effective for her, but Mounjaro helped her shed pounds, as she explained.

The actress emphasized to Francesca Amiker from TopMob News, “I believe it’s crucial to grasp that specific medications are designed for particular individuals, not to be misused for any extravagant reasons.

Raven went on, “Carry on, but remember to reserve the medicine for those who truly require it.

In September 2023, the host of Talk U.K. disclosed that she had lost 42 pounds by taking Ozempic during the earlier part of the year.

She confidentially shared with TopMob News, “The decision you make on this matter is entirely yours. It’s nothing clandestine that you’re using something to aid in weight loss; it’s completely acceptable.

She added, “We don’t have to bulls–t.”

Sharon’s daughter has also weighed in on the Ozempic trend.

In an interview with TopMob News in January 2024, the former Fashion Police member expressed her enthusiasm by saying, “I find it astonishing! It seems there are countless methods to shed pounds. Why not opt for something more engaging than exercise?

The actress who played the lead role in the Titanic film, previously under scrutiny regarding her weight by the media, expressed her views on the current weight loss craze.

In a March 2024 interview with The New York Times Magazine, Kate openly stated, “I’m not familiar with what Ozempic is. From what I understand, it’s a medication of some sort that individuals are using.

“Oh, my God,” Kate remarked after learning about the injectable. “This sounds terrible.”

In December 2023, the actress known as “The Hills” shared that she had shed 22 pounds without using Ozempic. Speaking candidly with Page Six, she cautioned against shortcuts in life, implying that she disapproves of other celebrities who might be using the drug. She refrained from naming names and simply stated it’s not something she would ever consider doing herself.

Heidi mentioned, “I’m looking for something long-lasting. Something that demands effort as well.

As a dedicated follower, I didn’t mince words when I publicly criticized certain celebrities for their dishonesty about utilizing Ozempic as a weight loss aid during my June 8, 2023 guest spot on Watch What Happens Live. (The star of Trainwreck was referenced here)

Everyone seems to be giving it a try, even people’s mothers. There’s been a lot of talk about smaller portions, but the truth is, most of these people are either using Ozempic or similar medications, or they’ve had cosmetic procedures done. It’s time for everyone to stop pretending.”

(Addressed to Andy Cohen, who has frequently discussed the Ozempic trend.)

Schumer, who’s always been transparent about her previous medical treatments, stated, “Always be honest with others. When I had liposuction, I openly admitted that I did.

As a lifestyle expert, I found myself drawn to Ozempic in 2022 without hesitation. However, I had to acknowledge that incorporating this Type 2 diabetes medication into my routine proved challenging for me, particularly due to the impact it had on my ability to spend quality time with my cherished son Gene.

In her recollection, Schumer shared that she was among those who were incredibly unwell and found it difficult to engage with her son. At the time, she was extremely thin and unable to catch the ball he was tossing at her.

As a lifestyle expert, I must say that when it comes to interventions like these, there’s a fascinating blend of intrigue and apprehension among the public. On one hand, they find themselves drawn towards it, yet on the other, there’s an underlying sense of skepticism or judgment.

He added, “Should there be a treatment option that could potentially help, then certainly, it’s worth considering.

Forget winter, a hot take is coming.

Previously starring on “Game of Thrones,” she didn’t hesitate to voice her thoughts regarding Ozempic and its marketing campaigns.

On the 5th of April, 2023, my beloved actress shared a tweet by Sophie Vershbow on her Instagram Story that said, “Those Ozempic ads in the Times Square subway station should just vanish!” One ad pictured in Vershbow’s tweets read, “One shot for weight loss,” while another had text like, “A weekly dose for weight loss.

Turner adding her own commentary, writing, “WTF.”

Previously, the manufacturer of Ozempic, Novo Nordisk, informed TopMob News that this medication has not been given approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) specifically for long-term weight management.

Though we understand certain medical professionals might prescribe Ozempic to aid in weight loss, Novo Nordisk does not advocate or endorse the use of our medications beyond their approved purposes. We strictly adhere to all U.S. laws and regulations regarding product promotion. We believe healthcare providers are assessing each patient’s unique requirements to decide on the appropriate medication.

For the comedian, Ozempic isn’t a joking issue. Unbeknownst to Handler, her “doctor focused on anti-aging” had prescribed the medication, and she didn’t initially understand what the drug actually was.

During the January 25, 2023 episode of Call Her Daddy, she remarked, “I didn’t realize I was on it,” and then added, “If you’re looking to shed about five pounds, this is a good option.

But while she tried the drug, Handler noted that she didn’t like how it made her feel.

Upon my return from a trip, I administered it to myself,” she reminisced. A few days afterwards, we went for lunch together, and she said, “I’m not really eating, I feel so queasy. I’m on Ozempic.” To which I replied, “I too am feeling queasy,” but the truth was, I had just returned from Spain and was still struggling with jet lag.

In the end, Handler decided to stop taking the medication as it was not required medically. Furthermore, she distributed the leftover doses to her friends.

She mentioned that she had given Ozempic to roughly four or five of her friends, because she felt it was unnecessary for her. “It’s intended for heavier individuals,” she explained. “I have guests visiting my home, and I say something like, ‘Come over at 1, come over at 2.'” (This sentence tries to maintain the original meaning but rephrases it in a more conversational and less medical tone.)

Khloe Kardashian clapped back when commenters on Instagram speculated that she was taking Ozempic.

In a January 2023 post, Kardashian wrote, “Please don’t undermine my years of exercise dedication. Five days a week, I rise at 6am for workouts. Let’s leave the speculations behind. Seems like even in the New Year, there are still some unkind individuals.

Apart from disclosing his temporary use of the weight-loss drug Mounjaro back in January 2023, Dubrow also shared insights on how it impacts the human body.

As a dedicated follower, I couldn’t help but be thoroughly impressed with the results. Unlike some of my patients who had significant weight loss goals, I didn’t have a lot of weight to shed myself. However, intrigued by the experiences of many patients undergoing this regimen and curious about the effects on those with less weight to lose and without diabetes, I decided to give it a try and see for myself what the journey would be like when one is only looking to lose 10 to 15 pounds.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d like to share an insightful tidbit from my recent reading. Though Dr. Dubrow didn’t reveal the exact amount of weight he shed or the duration he took the medication, he did confirm that he is now medication-free in this particular aspect.

He shared that his decision to stop the medication stemmed from a desire to rekindle his appetite. Additionally, he mentioned experiencing a mild, ongoing feeling of nausea.

The star from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” spoke candidly regarding rumors that she had been using a certain medication due to her followers noticing her weight loss on social media platforms.

Richard responded under a January 5th, 2023 Instagram post showing herself with friends following a workout, “I’m not using Ozempic.” In another reply, he clarified, “I’ve never used it.

In response to the rumors, the Bravo star dismissed them once again on her Instagram post dated January 16, 2023, by clarifying that she is “absolutely not” using the medication as reported by Page Six.

After fans questioned whether or not she was taking Ozempic, Jessica set the record straight.

In an interview published on July 6, 2023, she expressed to Bustle: “Indeed, it isn’t Ozempic; it’s self-control. It’s like, are people encouraging me to return to drinking? That was when I was heavier. Or do they want me to conceive another child? My body isn’t capable of that.

Nassif echoed his Botched costar in giving the drug two thumbs up.

As he’s openly stating, there will be no judgment from me regarding Ozempic usage,” Nassif shared with TopMob News in February 2024. “I fully support it. I’ve seen Terry and many of my friends this past weekend who appear fantastic, and they feel healthier too. Their blood sugars and blood pressure have reduced, which could potentially contribute to a longer lifespan, but it must be used correctly.

Indeed, the renowned plastic surgeon mentioned that Ozempic could offer additional advantages beyond just weight control, suggesting potential uses in anti-aging treatments for the future. In other words, he hinted at promising discoveries regarding Ozempic as a possible anti-aging treatment, given our growing understanding of semaglutides and their various applications.
