Ally Lewber is serving up more details about the night of James Kennedy’s arrest.

During an interview, Ally mentioned she didn’t experience physical assault. However, a witness reportedly stated that a man picked up his girlfriend and violently tossed her onto the ground on the night of the incident, as recorded in an arrest log obtained by TopMob News. Despite this, the prosecutors decided not to press charges against the Vanderpump Rules star regarding the incident. No charges were filed against James either.

Because Ally discovered that James had secretly been drinking, she chose to attend therapy and seek support from loved ones in order to end her relationship with the DJ permanently.

She confided in People that she had neither experienced physical harm nor a sense of immediate danger. Instead, it was a persistent sensation of treading carefully and being constantly on edge, wondering when the next outburst might occur.
