As someone who has spent decades in the limelight, I must say that these celebrities certainly know how to put on a show! From Lena Dunham channeling her inner superheroine as Wonder Woman, to Sarah Jessica Parker’s devilishly delightful costume, they really went all out for Halloween.
Aly Michalka believes in the magic of motherhood.
In April, the musical duo Aly & AJ became parents to their son Jack Francis with their husband Stephen Ringer. She’s thoroughly enjoying every aspect of this new phase in her life.
In a shared interview with her sister AJ Michalka at Heidi Klum’s 23rd Annual Halloween Party (held by Butterfinger, Mattel, and Prime Video), Aly expressed to TopMob News that the experience is truly extraordinary. She added, “It’s just so enchanting. We’re really enjoying it.
Specifically, the 35-year-old woman finds herself profoundly thankful for the way her 4-month-old child has enabled her to concentrate on matters of true significance.
Aly said, “We often waste time on tasks that aren’t essential for our daily life. Motherhood, however, helps us focus on what truly matters and is genuinely significant.
She continued, “I think that’s been good for my mental health.”
Moreover, Jack also participated in the Halloween festivities. Aly shared that they donned Jack as a jester-style clown to coordinate with her and AJ’s “1920 silent film clown” ensembles before attending the alumni party of Project Runway.
Aly mentioned, “We took some photos at the hotel,” further explaining, “and afterwards, we handed him over to dad.” (Note: In this context, “him” refers to the bride and groom’s child.)
This year, AJ was just a bit too young to participate in trick-or-treating, but she’s excitedly anticipating future Halloweens spent with her nephew instead.
“When he’s one for sure,” the 33-year-old chimed in. “Auntie will take him around, too.”
Although there was no traditional trick-or-treating, Aly and AJ remained excited about having a Halloween evening out, explaining to TopMob that the most important aspect for them when choosing their costumes was simply enjoying themselves in the process.
As Aly noted, “We got all glammed up.”
After all, it was a special occasion for the sisters.
As a die-hard fan of avoiding Halloween festivities, I’ve always steered clear. But something about this year feels different. We’re talking about breaking our tradition and diving headfirst into the spooky spirit!
