“Reflecting on my experience, I believe it was that very moment that sparked my bravery and conviction to embark on this project. Witnessing its impact in increasing awareness, providing assistance, and dismantling stigma not only for others but also for myself, was a powerful motivator. In essence, it was the driving force behind my decision to create a breast cancer documentary. To be honest, I’m unsure if I would have taken on this task had I not already tackled the Crohn’s disease one. So, in a way, that experience gave me the courage to move forward.”
