In the latest peek at Season 2 of ‘Andor’, Cassian Andor dons a cunning disguise during a mission. This sneak peek is taken from Disney+’s Super Bowl commercial, which was made available online today. The advertisement offers a broad look at the diverse content offered by the streaming service, encompassing the multitude of Star Wars films and series. Although the majority of the Star Wars snippets in the ad are from previous projects, there’s a new scene from ‘Andor’, featuring the main rebel character flashing a smile to someone off-camera while looking sharp in his attire.
The second season of the highly praised series, Andor, makes its appearance on Disney+ starting April 22. This season will span 12 episodes, and since it’s approaching events depicted in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, notable actors from Rogue One such as Ben Mendelsohn and Alan Tudyk are returning to reenact their roles.

Disney hasn’t kicked off its promotional campaign for Andor Season 2 just yet, but back in the fall, there were some snapshots and additional information unveiled. Showrunner Tony Gilroy hinted that the series will narrate the tale of Yavin in a distinctive manner, focusing on the beginnings of the renowned Rebel base featured in A New Hope.
In the brief clip from Andor Season 2, Cassian’s appearance is quite different than what fans are accustomed to. Instead of his typical disheveled look, he sports slicked-back hair and clean clothes. It’s plausible that this change signifies a covert mission, given his background in espionage with the Rebel Alliance. The footage doesn’t provide much context, but it seems Cassian might be infiltrating an Imperial facility to acquire crucial information. Fans are eagerly awaiting more details when Andor Season 2 premieres.
