Andy Cohen Grills Lisa Rinna Over RHOBH Trash Talk

Andy Cohen has a bone to pick with Lisa Rinna.

In a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” the show’s host challenged the ex-star from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” following her criticism of the Bravo series’ current 14th season, which she likened to the ill-fated Titanic. Her response was classic “Housewives” style.

On her February 11th appearance on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show, the actress apologized, saying, “I’m sorry if I offended you, I put my foot in it. I didn’t mean to, but that conversation will continue and I used the wrong words.

In response to Andy saying, “You didn’t misuse your words,” Lisa playfully retorted, “Well, if it’s a sinking ship, I guess I don’t know.

Andy questioned incredulously, “Is that what you were trying to convey?”, at the age of 56. “A ship is going down, not the Titanic?”, he added, puzzled, as they seemed to be experiencing one of their finest seasons instead.

Andy’s grilling led to the 61-year-old doubling down on her jab.

In simpler terms, Lisa admitted that she intended to say “Titanic” but said something else instead, and she is sorry for any hurt feelings this may have caused. She exited RHOBH in 2023 after spending eight seasons there, and now she wants to put the matter behind them and move forward.

However, the evasive reply from the ex-star of Days of Our Lives didn’t quite meet Andy’s expectations, as he pointed out, “It seemed more like an old-fashioned housewife apology. Essentially, it was a non-apology apology.

Following much debate, the vocal celebrity finally conceded, “To be honest, I don’t truly regret my actions.

Later on, it was verified that Lisa maintains a strong bond with her former cast members, even some who continue to be part of the show.

She enthusiastically told Andy that it was genuine, we all connected and have continued to do so. I frequently interact with them. To sum it up, it’s factual. Just last night, I ran into Erika [Jayne]. It was a wonderful encounter indeed.

Andy gently pointed out to Lisa, “It seems you may have also made unkind remarks about three of your close friends too…

The call back was enough to squeeze one last apology from Lisa.

She replied, “Got it, Andy! And let me apologize, I hadn’t considered it at the time, but I am truly sorry now.

See the hilarious exchange in the clip above.

On Tuesdays at 8 PM, you can catch “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” on Bravo. Plus, don’t forget to continue reading to find out where Lisa ranks in TopMob’s definitive list of all the Housewives!

Bravo’s unfortunate endeavor to showcase our country’s capital introduced four women who are so unremarkable, you might accidentally forget them – despite their names being Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner. However, one woman sought fame so desperately that she intruded at a White House gathering. We’ll delve deeper into her story later on.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

In a regrettable turn of events during Utah’s second season of Housewives, Jennie was dismissed in January 2022 following the reemergence of her controversial and racially insensitive Facebook posts from the past. Afterward, she extended an apology, but the harm had already been inflicted.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

As a lifestyle connoisseur looking back on season 16, I must say that Dr. Jen, a distinguished figure in Orange County, managed to steer clear of any unwanted drama. Her brief marital hiccups with her perpetually shirtless husband, Ryne (or perhaps Ryan?), while not particularly captivating, were certainly part of the narrative. However, one incident that will forever linger in our memories is Dr. Jen’s unforgettable wine-induced escapade during the Dubrows’ infamous dinner party. The evening was awash with awkwardness, yet it was undeniably entertaining, a true testament to their wildly captivating dynamics.

The initial period of work for the nurse anesthetist could be succinctly described with a term we fervently hope to forget – “Esophagus-incident.

Katie frequently discussed her charitable endeavors, yet her on-screen presence was limited. She was essentially a one-time appearance, providing little additional value to the show’s cast. Early departure from the cast trip might not bode well for a Housewife.

As a die-hard enthusiast, I can’t help but share my thoughts on Charrisse’s stint as a full-time Housewife. Two things that truly stand out for me are her marital struggles and the infamous champagne room. These aspects have left an indelible mark on her portrayal in the series, making her an unforgettable figure amidst the Housewives.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

In season 12, it was refreshing to observe a touch of diversity in the previously all-white Orange County setting, but Peggy unfortunately became a source of frustration. The squabbles she initiated were peculiar, and frequently revolved around her misunderstanding of words used by others. Her choice to isolate herself in her room for an entire day during the Iceland trip further demonstrated that she might not be well-suited for the lifestyle portrayed on The Real Housewives.

During her debut season, instead of developing a connection with fellow Nigerian cast member Wendy Osefo, Nneka’s storyline primarily revolved around an alleged accusation that she made against Wendy’s mother, claiming she was a witch (remarkably true). It would have been more enjoyable to watch them bond over their shared heritage rather than engage in conflicts without resolution.

In the sixteenth season, Noella whirled around like a whirlwind of frenetic activity. Although her private hardships were intriguing (her husband, James, departed the country and requested a divorce just before filming began), it was her ongoing turmoil with Heather Dubrow that prevented her from being at the very bottom of the rankings. With more time and another season, perhaps we’ll grow fonder of Mrs. Bergener.

In her initial season, she was known as a peacemaker; however, during her final season, her complaints about a tossed cake escalated without end, and she made accusations of anti-Semitism that were unfounded. We can’t remember any other ‘Real Housewives’ fall from grace as rapidly as this one did.

It appeared that everything Amber and her spouse, Jim, undertook exuded an air of desperation. Moreover, Jim found himself entangled more deeply in the drama compared to Amber, which didn’t present a favorable image.

From what we can recall, Karen was a dental professional, and it appeared as if her fellow cast members didn’t have a fond affection for her. Onwards!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Among the more recent temporary cast members on Real Housewives of New York, Jules didn’t stay long enough for a top spot. Yet, she certainly added plenty of excitement and drama to the show.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina embodied a multi-faceted, accomplished Arab woman seamlessly integrating contemporary lifestyle with age-old cultural customs. She managed to steer clear of the majority of season one’s turmoil and occasionally found herself overshadowed by her co-stars’ more prominent, boisterous personas.

Taleen proved to be an excellent newcomer during the second season of RHODubai, and we eagerly anticipate learning more about her in the future.

The contestant from America’s Next Top Model, who appeared in seasons 11 and 12, primarily didn’t leave a lasting impact on the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) community, with her pregnancy being a significant part of her stint. However, she did score points for that memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton during their trip to Tokyo.

Generally speaking, we often require multiple seasons to rank a new Housewife higher. However, Katie made quite an entrance during the 18th season of RHOC, squaring off against veteran Housewife Heather Dubrow right from the start. It takes a bold woman to challenge someone like “Ms. Fancypants”.

Sara’s optimistic and educated perspective on life was generally delightful, yet lacked the typical elements of drama (apart from the instance where she gave Caroline Brooks some unsolicited advice about parenting that wasn’t well-received). Nevertheless, this tech entrepreneur has broken barriers and defied expectations of what it means to be a contemporary Muslim woman in the Middle East, and for that we celebrate her.

In the 13th season of “RHONJ” (Real Housewives of New Jersey), the newcomers seemed to embody the stereotypical Garden State woman, engaging in a prolonged argument over an insignificant matter that Andy Cohen deemed fruitless during the reunion. Regrettably, they didn’t add much depth during season 14.

In the first season, Larsa didn’t leave a strong impact before departing the show. When RHOM was rebooted for season four in 2021 by Peacock, her narrative primarily focused on her past friendship with Kim Kardashian and her venture into selling sensual foot photos on OnlyFans (…).

After spending one season as a Bravo celebrity, she participated in the twelfth season of ‘Next Food Network Star’ in 2016. Unfortunately, she didn’t win on that show either.

Sadly, she seemed to serve merely as an object of ridicule for Brandi Glanville. Moreover, her catchphrase, which glorified the unpleasant idea that one can never be too slim, was distasteful.
