As I delve deeper into the captivating lives of the Hollywood elite, I find myself utterly enchanted by the journey of Angelina Jolie and her children. Each child seems to embody a unique blend of talent, charm, and determination that is truly remarkable.

At the New York Film Festival, Angelina Jolie received backing from three out of her six kids during the premiere of her upcoming movie Maria, directed by Pablo Larrain.
49-year-old Angelina Jolie, formerly married to Brad Pitt, was accompanied by her children Pax, Zahara, and Maddox on the red carpet for the biopic of renowned opera singer Maria Callas. These three joined her at the screening and panel discussion where Angelina took part.
Angelina shared with TopMob News that the experience was incredibly enriching and lengthy while filming her challenging role. She was fortunate to have exceptional instructors who guided her through singing, Italian, and opera classes. At the glamorous event, Angelina’s children chose to stand by their mother. Pax, 20 years old, was stylishly dressed in a gray suit and tie, and he decided to wear sunglasses that concealed some of his facial injuries following his accident on an e-bike in July. In contrast, Maddox, Angelina’s eldest son at 23, opted for a traditional black suit.
As a devoted admirer, I found myself captivated by the stunning ensemble of Angelina and Zahara at their recent event. Angelina gracefully donned a sophisticated Grecian-style white gown, while her 19-year-old daughter, Zahara, radiated timeless elegance in a satin halter dress reminiscent of vintage Hollywood glamour.
In the last week of her life, Maria was following the renowned singer, who later passed away unexpectedly at the age of 53 due to a heart attack. On the other hand, Angelina spent several months honing her vocals in preparation for the demanding part she was about to play.
Angelina openly shared with the Associated Press that this particular project has been the most challenging experience she’s encountered thus far, and she confessed her overwhelming fear.

After developing a deep affection for Cambodia during the filming of Tomb Raider in 2001, Angelina Jolie decided to visit the town of Battambang, hoping to discover a place where she could adopt her first child.
Later on, she shared with Vanity Fair that she didn’t establish a connection with any of them, until she came across Maddox (born on August 5, 2001), who was lying in a box suspended from the ceiling. Upon seeing him, she instantly felt a deep bond and started crying profusely.
Initially, when she was 26, this woman legally became her oldest son’s mother on her own. However, once she started dating Brad Pitt later on, he decided to go through the adoption process himself for the same child too.
Due to his curiosity about his mother’s profession, when Angelina took on directing the 2017 film First They Killed My Father – a movie adaptation of her friend Loung Ung’s book recounting the Cambodian genocide under the Khmer Rouge regime – Maddox decided to join as an executive producer. In his own words, he was eager to lend a hand. Speaking about his supervisor, or in simpler terms, his mother, he described her as “funny, light-hearted, and a pleasure to work with.” He also added, “She’s amazing.
As a biochemistry enthusiast, I can’t contain my excitement about the opportunity I seized to study at Yonsei University in South Korea, a decision that made my mom beam with pride. In an unforgettable moment in April 2023, I was privileged to attend a White House state dinner, where President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden graciously welcomed South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his First Lady, the remarkable Kim Keon Hee.
In an interview with MSN in 2007, Angelina described how her son Pax, born on November 29, 2003, spent the first three and a half years of his life in a single location, confined to one room, sharing a small iron bed with twenty other children. During this time, he had no personal autonomy or freedom to make choices for himself. He was located outside Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, at an orphanage.
Co-residing with Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh, Angelina described the situation as “all of a sudden, he finds himself in a very open environment with new siblings and parents.” She went on to say, “He’s learning English now, and he’s incredibly affectionate. He’s wild and free because he’s just gained his freedom, so he can be quite unruly and energetic. But what a resilient and impressive little individual he is.
In a keen enthusiasm for the family enterprise, Pax lent his voice to the character Yoo in Angelina’s 2016 animated film “Kung Fu Panda 3” and worked as a set photographer on “First They Killed My Father”. Later, he accompanied his mom to the 2018 Golden Globes.
Apart from that, he was involved in adorning Atelier Jolie – a creative fashion cooperative and tailoring business Angelina launched in New York City – and held a position within the assistant director team on the Italian production set of her forthcoming movie titled “Without Blood.
In an interview with People, Angelina described her experience working alongside Pax and Maddox by saying, “When a movie set operates at its peak, it’s like one big family. So, it just felt organic to me.
3-year-old Maddox joined Angelina at the orphanage in Hawassa, Ethiopia where they met their eldest daughter Zahara, born on January 8, 2005. The actress shared that Maddox adores her, saying to Anderson Cooper, “When Zahara came home, she was already seven months old, so for Maddox it’s like having a little pet he can just hold and gaze at.
Similar to her siblings, Zahara has shown an inclination towards every aspect of her mother’s professional life. She’s accompanied her mother on red carpet events, launched a charitable jewelry line, the Zahara Collection, in partnership with jeweler Robert Procop in 2019, and joined her mother’s humanitarian endeavors by visiting Syrian refugee camps as part of their work with the UNHCR.
In August 2022, Angelina felt emotional as she took Zahara to Atlanta’s Spelman College (she mentioned that she hadn’t cried yet but hoped she could keep it together, as shared in an Instagram video). Later on, she went back for the homecoming celebrations at this Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
Zahara, who became a member of the school’s Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority in 2023, has traveled with the actress on multiple occasions to Washington D.C. She stood beside Angelina during her emotional speech advocating for the renewal of the Violence Against Women Act in February 2022 and later when they lobbied legislators in support of the Justice for All Reauthorization Act of 2022.
Approximately months following their pregnancy announcement, Angelina and Brad became parents to Shiloh at Cottage Hospital in Swakopmund, Namibia on the 27th of May, 2006. In an interview with MSN, Angelina described Shi as “radiant with light and love, she’s like a tiny sweetness, and incredibly humorous.” She added that she saw some of herself in her daughter, predicting that “she’s going to be quite a handful!
At the premiere of Unbroken in 2014, Shiloh made her first appearance on the red carpet. Subsequently, she attended events for Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, The Breadwinner, Dumbo, and the 2018 National Board of Review Awards Gala, as well as the 2021 Eternals red carpet, where she donned her mother’s Dior gown.

Turning 18 in the year 2024, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt decided to petition a court in Los Angeles to drop the “Jolie-Pit” portion of her surname, opting instead to be recognized as Shiloh Nouvel Jolie. According to an insider who spoke with TopMob News, Shiloh took independent legal action and covered the costs herself.
Making her first appearance with her growing belly at the 2008 Independent Spirit Awards, Angelina Jolie later welcomed her sons Knox and Vivienne into the world on July 12, 2008, in Nice, France. Afterwards, they moved to their Château Miraval where she shared that although it was chaotic, they were enjoying the experience immensely. Shortly after, she told People magazine that Shiloh and Zahara took pleasure in picking out the twins’ clothes, helping to change them, and holding them.
Referring to Brad’s granddad, Hal Knox Hillhouse, Angelina pointed out that “Knox shares many similarities with Brad, both emotionally and physically.” In fact, at the 2015 British motorcycle Grand Prix, their resemblance was quite striking.
Similar to their elder siblings Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh, Knox also made a minor appearance in the 2016 film “Kung Fu Panda 3,” lending his voice to the character Ku Ku. As Jolie shared with ET, they were initially reserved about acting, but she didn’t want them to miss out on the experience. They reluctantly joined in and had a great time during the recording sessions.

Angelina mentioned that it was Vivienne who motivated her to help adapt Francis Ford Coppola’s 1983 movie “The Outsiders” for Broadway, which eventually led her to act as an unpaid helper for her mother, the producer, on the production that won a Tony Award.
Angelina shared with People that Vivienne would correct her if needed. Vivienne, known as Vivienne Jolie in the playbill, is likely to remind her, “Haven’t you seen the memo? We need to do this, we must go through this,” according to Jolie. She’s been a very demanding assistant, taking her responsibilities extremely seriously.
