ARC Raiders Second Tech Test Announced, Runs April 30 to May 4

ARC Raiders, the upcoming PvPvE extraction shooter by Embark Studios, is set to have its second technical test running from April 30 until May 4. Players can access this trial on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store.

Participants have an opportunity to enroll for potential participation via the main ARC Raiders site. This is the inaugural instance where console gamers are granted access to the trial, extending beyond the exclusive PC testing that took place in October last year.

The game offers numerous upgrades such as a wider variety of ARC adversaries, more weapons, equipment, and devices, as well as advanced player advancement and crafting options. Players will also catch a glimpse of the upcoming Battle Pass.

In simpler terms, Executive Producer Aleksander Grøndal highlighted the significance of this stage, explaining that over the last six months, we’ve put in a lot of effort to enhance the main experience by incorporating feedback from our community.

Here’s an opportunity for us to observe the effectiveness of these changes on a larger scale. We’re particularly excited to collect user feedback regarding advancement, battle experience, cross-platform functionality, and overall feel given its increased scope and depth.

The game titled “ARC Raiders” is scheduled to launch in the year 2025 across platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and personal computers. It will retail for a price of $39.99.
