Artistically Impressive RPG Reverse: 1999 Adding Assassin’s Creed Crossover Content

As an avid gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia upon hearing about the upcoming crossover between Reverse: 1999 and Assassin’s Creed! Growing up, I vividly remember playing the original Assassin’s Creed 2 on my trusty PlayStation 3, and more recently immersing myself in the vast world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Seeing these iconic titles come together in Reverse: 1999 is like a dream come true for me, especially with the lush Italian and Greek backdrops that will no doubt transport us back to those memorable gaming moments. While I don’t have any specific details on what the collaboration entails, I can only imagine the thrill of participating in story-based events and perhaps even taking control of beloved characters like Ezio or Kassandra.

Now, I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but if this crossover doesn’t result in a hidden blade emote for my Reverse: 1999 character, then I might just have to reconsider our friendship!

On a more serious note, I can’t help but wonder if the success of similar console titles like Honkai: Star Rail could potentially lead to a long-awaited PS5 port of Reverse: 1999. Fingers crossed that we’ll be able to experience this unique card-based game on our next-gen consoles someday!

In 2025, the visually stunning mobile card game “Reverse: 1999” plans to introduce Assassin’s Creed collaboration elements, as announced during a live broadcast earlier today.

In this rendition, we’ll be showcasing two installments from Ubisoft’s renowned historical series: Assassin’s Creed 2, a standout on PS3, and more recently, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Given the choice, we believe that the stunning Italian and Greek landscapes will complement our theme exceptionally well.

More details about the nature of the collaboration have yet to be disclosed, however, it’s anticipated that there may be narrative-driven events featured in it, along with a possible introduction of both Ezio and Kassandra as playable characters.

Although Bluepoch hasn’t made any progress on a PS5 version of Reverse: 1999 so far, they mentioned last year that such a port could be considered down the line. With the success of games like Honkai: Star Rail on console platforms, we eagerly anticipate its potential release in the future.
