Aspyn Brown, Kody’s Daughter, Surprises with Pregnancy Announcement!

Kody Brown‘s family is getting bigger again.

It turns out that the eldest child of the reality TV personality from “Sister Wives“, Aspyn Brown (a daughter shared with his former partner Christine Brown), is expecting a baby.

During an April 30 news segment discussing Mother’s Day gifts, Aspyn publicly announced her pregnancy. Morgan Saxton, the Fox 13 News anchor, found it appropriate that the 30-year-old, who is pregnant with her first child, was sharing gift ideas on television while working at a Kendra Scott boutique in Utah. As she displayed her baby bump in a blue and white dress, Aspyn smiled and nodded in agreement.

Six years after Aspyn married carpenter Mitch Thompson in their 2018 wedding, they are now expecting a baby. This significant moment was featured in an episode of their family’s TLC show in 2019.

“She’s just beautiful as can be,” Kody gushed of his daughter at the time. “She’s just so lovely.”

As a lifestyle expert, I’d say my connection with Aspyn has taken a turn for the worse since my split with Christine in 2021. We share quite a brood, including Mykelti Padron, who’s 28, Paedon Brown, 26, Gwendlyn Queiroz, 23, Ysabel Brown, 21, and Truely Brown, my youngest at 15. The dynamics have certainly shifted.

In the April 27th broadcast of Sister Wives, it was disclosed that Aspyn had addressed Kody about the tension in their relationship.

He mentioned that Aspyn questioned him about his dislike for her, which he then explained. But instead of saying it directly, he said, “Well, dear one, let me tell you that I’ve always loved you, and I still do.

The father of 18 elaborated on the sense of estrangement he experienced from several of his children following his separation with Christine, as well as her sisters-in-law Janelle Brown and Meri Brown. At present, Kody is in a relationship only with his fourth wife, Robyn Brown.

Kody mentioned that our contact has been limited. He’s now working on building a direct relationship with them, so they won’t be influenced by his ex-wives in the process.

In their Instagram post, Leon (also known as Leo) expressed that they were quite young when they grew up in an environment that was heavily influenced by traditional gender roles and restrictions. However, they are now ready to openly reveal their true self to the world. This self is deeply rooted in genderqueer, transgender identity, and a strong sense of unapologetic self-expression.

The second of Kody and Christine’s children, Mykelti was born on June 9, 1996.

In the year 2016, she tied the knot with Antonio “Tony” Padron in a wedding that was featured on the reality show “Sister Wives”. The pair now have a daughter named Avalon and twin boys named Archer and Ace.

Janelle gave birth to Madison—her second child with Kody—on Nov. 3, 1995.

Following her graduation from Utah State University, Madison tied the knot with Caleb Brush in 2016. Together, they have three children named Axel, Evangalynn, and Josephine.

Janelle and Kody welcomed Hunter—their third child together—on Feb. 9, 1997.

As a lifestyle expert looking back on my own journey, I proudly graduated from the prestigious United States Air Force Academy in the year 2020. Following this significant milestone, I embarked on another educational adventure, pursuing a degree in nursing at the revered Johns Hopkins University.

Christine gave birth to her and Kody’s third child together on Aug. 7, 1998.

On October 31, 1998, Garrison entered the world as Kody and Janelle’s third-youngest child. Tragically, he took his own life on March 5, 2024, at the age of 25 years old.

Dayton is the eldest child born from Robyn Brown’s previous marriage to Preston Jessop and was later adopted by Kody in 2015, five years following their spiritual union.

In the year 2014, Kody formally ended his marriage with Meri for the purpose of marrying Robyn and adopting Dayton as his legitimate child.

Nicknamed Gabe, the fifth child of Kody and Janelle was born on Oct. 11, 2001. 

Kody and Christine welcomed their fourth child on Oct. 15, 2001.

Gwendlyn tied the knot with Beatriz Queiroz in 2023.

Aurora, being the second-born, was adopted by Kody in 2015 following his marriage to her mother, Robyn, the previous year. This adoption made her an official part of Kody’s family.

Kody and Christine welcomed their fifth child together on June 13, 2003.

Her struggles with scoliosis have been documented on Sister Wives.

Breanna is the third-born child to Robyn, from her union with Preston. Following Robyn’s remarriage to Kody, Breanna, along with her elder siblings, went through a legal process to become part of the Brown family.

In 2004, I was privileged to be part of a wonderful event as Kody and Janelle brought their youngest child into the world together on December 7th. Fast forward to 2023, an extraordinary moment occurred when my exes, Kody and Janelle, reunited to celebrate our daughter Savanah’s high school graduation.

Born on April 13, 2010, Truely is the youngest child of Kody and Christine.

Kody and Robyn welcomed their second youngest son on Oct. 27, 2011.

As I step into the world on January 10, 2016, I proudly introduce myself as Ariella, the baby girl of Kody and Robyn, and the youngest among the 18 children that make up the extraordinary Brown family.
