On Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, at 6:15 pm, the Patch 1.0.3 for Assassin’s Creed Shadows has been released for download on PlayStation 5. The update is approximately 498MB in size. For more details about its features, you can find the original article linked below.
On the 16th of April, there will be a minor update released for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, as confirmed by Ubisoft.
Update 1.0.3 primarily addresses problems caused by the last title update. Notably, the feature allowing simultaneous item sales will no longer be available, as it was found out that selling a large number of items concurrently might cause the game to stop functioning properly.
For clarity, the developer emphasizes that this is only a short-term fix while they work diligently to identify and resolve the issue. They kindly request your patience during this process.
Additionally, the Photo Mode Super Sampling Rendering (PSSR) is being refined on the PS5 Pro. Incorporating Sony’s AI upscaling technology with High Dynamic Range (HDR) may result in some intriguing visual anomalies. Therefore, it’s expected that this update will rectify any issues arising from this combination.
Patch 1.0.3 is expected to release later today, so we’ll update this article once it’s live.
