Atomic Heart: Enchantment Under the Sea DLC Launches January 28th, 2025

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that the upcoming DLC for Atomic Heart, Enchantment Under the Sea, has piqued my interest like nothing else in recent memory. With its striking resemblance to Rapture from BioShock, it’s clear that Mundfish is tapping into a rich vein of nostalgia.

Hey gamers! Mark your calendars for January 28th, 2025, as I’m super excited to share that Mundfish is releasing their next paid DLC for Atomic Heart, titled Enchantment Under the Sea. As a fan of story-driven content, this third of four DLC packs promises an adventure that takes me to the Neptune Research Center, which reminds me of Rapture from BioShock in its eerie, underwater setting. Can’t wait to dive in and check out the latest trailer below!

In this tale, character P-3 embarks on a quest to safeguard humanity, an endeavor fraught with fresh perils such as mechanical crustaceans and MOR-4Y. To aid the players in their efforts, they’ll be provided with not one but two innovative weapons: the Thunderclap hammer, capable of electric assaults, and the adjustable double-barrel KM-4 Kuzmich. The latter weapon offers a unique customization feature that enables both distant shots and wide-area explosions.

Two additional functions for the gloves have been introduced: Blaze, which allows you to throw fireballs, and Whip, a device similar to a grappling hook. Besides Neptune, you’ll find yourself back at Facility 3826, where areas such as Chelomey have undergone changes and now appear to be controlled by robots.

Keep an eye out for additional information about the upcoming event titled “Enchantment Under the Sea“. Meanwhile, the game “Atomic Heart” is now accessible on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Be sure to read our review of the base game for more insights.
