2024 Paris Olympic Games saw Stephen Nederoscik, the pommel horse champion, gaining popularity on social media due to his habit of taking off his glasses before competing, a gesture reminiscent of DC’s Clark Kent transforming into Superman. The upcoming Superman, David Corenswet, has also joined in on these comparisons. In tonight’s main event of WWE NXT, the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships were at stake. For Chase U, this was essentially their final opportunity to claim the Titles for the near future. The team consisted of Andre Chase and Ridge Holland, who faced off against Champions Axiom and Nathan Frazer, who had a history of conflicts but appeared to be in agreement this time around. During the match, Axiom and Frazer momentarily avoided attacking each other, only to execute their finishing move and secure the victory. However, Chase U refused to submit, leading to an intense series of actions where Holland and Chase teamed up to perform their own finisher on Axiom, clinching the win. As a result, Chase U are now the new NXT Tag Team Champions, sparking a grand celebration among the fans as they displayed their Titles in the ring.
