View Urgent ForecastEarlier this year, Balatro unexpectedly emerged onto the scene, captivating many with its alluring, poker-inspired roguelike gameplay that’s hard to resist. As it continued to garner success, its creator, solo developer LocalThunk, and publisher Playstack revealed in March that the game would eventually be available on iPhone as well. Now, they have officially announced the release date for the mobile version of the game (compatible with Android devices too)
StackPlay has unveiled a fresh trailer indicating that the game titled “Balatro” will be released for smartphones by the end of this month, specifically on September 26th. You can pre-order it now on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Additionally, Apple Arcade subscribers can access it as well. Take a look at the trailer below to get a sneak peek
In August, the latest update from LocalThunk for Balatro included fresh collaboration material inspired by The Witcher 3, Among Us, and other popular titles. Additionally, a significant gameplay overhaul is planned for release at no cost to players some time in 2025
Balatro is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
