Barry posted on Instagram August 18th that he’s more charming than himself, using a selfie with a toddler playing with toys as the caption. He affectionately referred to the child as “our little Brando.”
31-year-old Brando’s miniature doppelganger shares many characteristics with him, including a captivating charm. Interestingly, they both possess striking green eyes, a trait that even Brando’s current partner, Sabrina Carpenter, finds hard to overlook.
In a February conversation with Vanity Fair, I expressed my heartfelt admiration for subtle similarities and traits emerging in my son. It’s simply breathtaking to behold. And when our eyes lock, it’s as if I’m turning into a puddle.
Even though being a father is uncharted ground for Barry, he aspires to be an exemplary figure and guide for Brando, serving as both a role model and mentor.
“It’s a very important thing for me—for him to be able to grow up and be proud of his daddy, and to lean on his daddy,” Barry continued. “And if he has questions or anything, I’m always there for him in that sense of learning and growing with him and failing.”
