Actress Lar Park Lincoln, known for portraying dual characters in the TV series ‘Dallas’ spinoff ‘Knot’s Landing’ for five consecutive years, passed away on April 22nd. This news was shared by her company, America’s Audition Studios, via Facebook. She was 63 years old.

With deep regret, we share the news of the demise of Lar Park Lincoln, a well-respected actress, founder of Actors Audition Studios, and a beloved coach for American actors. On April 24th, the Dallas acting program wrote about her passing. Throughout her 45-year career, she made an indelible impact on Hollywood with her powerful performances and commitment to guiding aspiring actors.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, it was reported that the actress had fought breast cancer. In a subsequent post by her company, they highlighted some of her renowned acting performances, such as her role in the 1985 movie “Children of the Night.

In recognition of her significant work within the entertainment industry, Lar was honored with a Bronze Halo Award. She will always be fondly recalled as the telekinetic ‘scream queen’ character Tina Sheppard from Friday the 13th Part VII.

The announcement of her passing also noted that her husband of 14 years Michael, as well as her parents and two brothers, preceded her in death. Still, she’s survived by many family members, including multiple children.

In her farewell, Lar is survived by her daughter Piper, son Trevor, sister Karen, brother Michael, and four loving grandchildren.

Towards the later part of her professional journey, the woman from Texas began channeling a significant portion of her energy towards imparting the knowledge she had amassed over several decades in the entertainment industry to aspiring actors. In 2008, she authored “Get Started, Not Scammed”, and went on to establish America’s Audition Studios.

After her standout role as Tina Shepard in Friday the 13th Part VII, Lar continued her acting career with parts on various shows, including Beverly Hills 90210, Freddy’s Nightmares, and Murder She Wrote. Additionally, she spent an impressive 19 years as a celebrity guest host on QVC, taking part in numerous other acting projects.

As her career progressed, the woman from Texas started channeling more of her energies towards imparting the knowledge she had gained over several decades in Hollywood to aspiring actors. In 2008, she published a book titled “Get Started, Not Scammed,” and later established America’s Audition Studios.
