Ben Stiller's Secret Love for Real Housewives Unveiled at Oscars 2025

Ben Stiller could never sever his love for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

It came to light at the 2025 Oscars that the star of Zoolander disclosed he continues to watch the Bravo reality show along with his daughter, Ella who is 22 years old. During this revelation, he also complimented Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards for managing to set aside their drama during the ongoing season, despite the challenges posed by their respective divorces.

Ben expressed that it seemed as though Dorit and Kyle were experiencing separation in their storylines, and he found it peculiar that they didn’t show up to support one another during his interview with Zuri Hall on Live From TopMob: The Oscars on March 2. He confessed that he’s behind by two episodes in the series since he watches it with his daughter, but they haven’t had a chance to watch together recently. However, when he saw the last episode, he was happy to see the characters reunited because he believes they should support each other, which is how their relationship should be.

The TV show serving as a shared interest for the Severance director and Ella, who is also part of his family with wife Christine Taylor and 19-year-old son Quinlin, suggests that they might be considering broadening their experiences together.

After that, we have “The Real Housewives of New York” coming up. It does take quite some time to watch, but it’s truly entertaining.

Engrossed in demanding tasks, Ben and Ella found solace in their regular viewing of the reality show, serving as a refreshing break for this dedicated father-daughter team.

The actor from Night at the Museum shared during an interview with Andy Cohen on SiriusXM’s Town Hall in January that she began watching during her time at drama school, which was like an intense conservatory. She added that she is currently working on the show, and it provides a wonderful escape to delve into other people’s lives and their realms.

But he hasn’t been able to make it through the entire catalog just yet.

He jokingly mentioned, “I can only watch a limited number of ‘Real Housewives’ series.” It’s been suggested that I should start following the Salt Lake City version, and my daughter, Ella, is keen for me to explore the New York one too.
