Berserk x Uniqlo: The Band of The Hawk is Getting a New Fashion Line

As a seasoned gamer and longtime Berserk enthusiast, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and anticipation upon hearing about Uniqlo’s new line of Berserk-themed attire. Having grown up with Guts and Griffith, their story has been an integral part of my anime journey, and representing them through clothing is nothing short of a dream come true.

As a dedicated fan, I’m excited to share that Uniqlo, a fashion brand known for its collaborations with the anime universe, is diving into the epic saga of “Berserk” in 2025! With its new line of themed clothing, fans like me will have the opportunity to embody the spirit of Guts and Griffith, immersing ourselves further into Kentaro Miura’s dark and captivating world. Keep an eye out for this incredible collection!

In addition to unveiling some fresh shirts inspired by the popular series “Berserk”, Uniqlo has also released a captivating biography about its creator Kentaro Miura. Born in Chiba Prefecture, Miura made his debut in a commercial magazine in 1985. His first work, a one-shot titled “Berserk“, was published in Monthly Comicomi (Hakusensha) in 1988. The series commenced serialization the following year. Tragically, Miura passed away suddenly in 2021 due to an acute aortic dissection.

Through the intense narrative of the popular anime series, characters Guts and Griffith have undergone significant transformations. These T-shirts depict them at their peak power: Guts donning his Berserker Armor and Griffith joined by the other Godhand members. As the climax of the storyline nears in the manga, it continues to evolve due to the efforts of writer Koji Mori and the artists at Studio Gaga, following the sad demise of Kentaro Miura.

Berserk Moving Forward

As a die-hard gamer immersed in the world of “Berserk”, I’ve been eagerly following the latest developments in the Eastern Exile Arc. Recently, we’ve seen two new chapters unfold, where our protagonist Guts and his companions continue their journey. While it appears that Guts’ new allies are gaining some significant edge against Griffith, a massive plot twist seems to have surfaced.

Personally, I’ve been eagerly awaiting news about a new Berserk anime, but unfortunately, there’s no sign yet that the dark series will grace our screens anytime soon. The last time we saw Guts and the Band of the Hawk in an anime was through the Memorial Edition. The recent television series was essentially a compilation of footage from the Berserk movie trilogy, revisiting the Golden Age Arc while also incorporating previously unused material. Given that there are numerous storylines from the Berserk manga yet to be animated, I can only hope and keep my fingers crossed that we’ll get to revisit Guts, Griffith, Casca, and the other inhabitants of this grim world in the anime realm someday.
