In Monster Hunter Wilds, Mandragoras are essential resources for some top-tier crafting recipes. Since battles with enemies get tougher as I advance through the game, it’s crucial for any dedicated hunter like me to keep a well-stocked supply of these reagents on hand.
Gathering significant amounts of Mandragora initially might prove laborious, but upon reaching the High Rank, the process largely automates. Here’s a handy trick to maximize your Mandragora collection in minimal time, along with some effective spots for manual gathering.
Gathering a good deal of Mandragoras at the start can be quite a chore, but once you advance to the High Rank, the process essentially runs automatically. Here’s a useful tip on how to quickly accumulate as many Mandragoras as possible and some excellent locations where you can manually harvest them.
Best Mandragora Farm in MH Wilds
To gather a large amount of Mandragora effortlessly and quickly, utilize the Material Retrieval system. Once you’ve advanced to Chapter 4, pay a visit to Plumpeach in the Wudwud Hideout and Apar in Suja. Afterward, finish the tasks they assign to you. Upon completion, these characters will become material gatherers, passively collecting items for you while you attend to other matters.
After you’ve collected Plumpeach and Apar, take a break in your tent for a couple of seasons, and then chat with Nata. Both the Material Retrieval NPCs should have a good number of Mandragoras, as well as various items from their individual regions.
Remember that spending time inside your tent will consume Guild Points. Use this approach only if you have sufficient points, or if you’re prepared to accumulate more Guild Points for a while.

- Windward Plains: Area 3 and 6

Users can highlight or pin the locations of precious resources like Fossilized Fire Opals, Mandragoras, and gathering points on their map with the help of filters. To find out where Mandragoras are found on any map:

As a gamer, I can opt to either mark a specific Mandragora node as my destination using a waypoint, ensuring smooth navigation later, or I could highlight all Mandragoras on the map for an instant overview. If I choose the waypoint, my Seikret will autonomously head there once I’ve mounted up.
Mandragoras are utilized for making Max Elixirs. Unlike Mega Elixirs, these instantly replenish all of your health in one dose, but you can only carry two at once. Additionally, they’re employed in the creation of Regenerators, which enhance your inherent health recovery rate.
