Beyoncé announces Cowboy Carter tour ahead of Grammy Awards

This year, Beyoncé is planning a tour as a way to celebrate her latest album, “Cowboy Carter.

On Sunday, the 2nd of February, the performer shared the news via two posts on her Instagram page, but as of now, no definitive tour dates have been set.

In the initial post, there was a vibrant neon sign displaying “Cowboy Carter Tour”, whereas the second post showcased her image accompanied by the text “Cowboy Carter Tour 2025”.

Beyoncé’s tour announcement comes ahead of tonight’s 67th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

This celebrity is at the forefront of the Grammy nominations, boasting a total of 11 nominations. Notably, their album “Cowboy Carter” is in contention for Album of the Year. Additionally, their songs “Texas Hold ‘Em” are nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Country Song of the Year.

However, the star’s performance is expected to encounter stiff rivalry from Taylor Swift, whose Tortured Poets Department has also been nominated, along with Chappell Roa, Sabrina Carpenter, and Charli XCX.

Previously, it was suggested that Beyoncé might embark on a tour in December as she hinted at a significant announcement coming up in the New Year.

However, on the 14th of January – the scheduled date for the announcement – she disclosed that it had been delayed because of the destruction wrought by the persistent wildfires near Los Angeles.

She expressed: “I’ll keep on hoping for recovery and restoration for those affected by pain and sorrow. It’s truly a blessing to have courageous frontliners who unwaveringly strive to safeguard the people of Los Angeles.
