What to Know for Black Clover’s Spring 2025 Return
On May 2nd, Black Clover is set to release two new chapters in Shueisha’s Jump GIGA magazine. The announcement also includes a special color page for the manga’s resumption and includes Chapters 379 and 380 from Yuki Tabata’s original series. This upcoming issue promises at least 48 pages, making it quite substantial. This latest release aligns with the other seasonal instalments during the final arc thus far, suggesting that the Spring 2025 update may offer just as much excitement and intrigue as we’ve experienced throughout the final arc so far.
In the upcoming two installments of ‘Black Clover‘, the narrative continues immediately from where it last stood in early January. The tale finds Asta and Yuno joining forces once more to confront Lucius Zogratis head-on. Meanwhile, the rest of the Black Bulls swiftly dispatched each of Lucius’ replicas. Asta and Yuno’s synergy proved more potent than anticipated by Lucius, leading them to appear victorious over him in the last set of chapters. However, their triumph was merely a temporary reprieve, as the battle is far from concluding.
What Happened to Black Clover’s Anime?
The animated adaptation of ‘Black Clover‘ concluded a few years back and has yet to indicate a comeback in the near future. The series ended on a significant cliffhanger, with Asta and his Black Bull comrades preparing for battles against the Dark Triad, which is still an entire arc ahead of where the manga stands currently. While it’s possible that new episodes might air in the future given there’s still lots of material to adapt from the source material.
Previously, “Black Clover” anime was broadcast weekly, accumulating a total of 170 episodes. However, the norm has shifted from weekly production as compared to when the series first started. Fans might prefer a seasonal release schedule instead. This is something that the executives at Pierrot have considered for the potential future of “Black Clover“, and it could be the route the anime takes when it eventually airs new episodes again.
