Black Myth: Wukong patch notes – What changes in the update?

As a seasoned gamer with over three decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve seen it all – from the pixelated wonders of Pong to the photorealistic masterpieces of today. And let me tell you, Black Myth: Wukong is a game that has truly captured my attention. The recent update has been a breath of fresh air for this old dog who still enjoys chasing after new tricks.

Given the circumstances, it’s not surprising that Black Myth: Wukong is receiving a substantial upgrade approximately a week following its highly successful debut.

Good news if you found it a bit too buggy, or if you were struggling with the difficulty.

In simpler terms, are we looking at significant modifications similar to the Cyberpunk 2077 revamp, or will it mainly involve minor adjustments such as tweaks and balancing?

Let’s take a look at the Black Myth: Wukong patch notes, and see what’s changed in the update.

What changes in the Black Myth: Wukong update?

Initially, let me clarify that even though this update is just 1.6GB in size, you’ll need around 80GB of available disk space for temporarily storing the necessary files during the installation process.

Has anything about the performance or functionality noticeably improved since the update, given that the main aim of this patch was to fix crashes and technical issues?

A brief look at the update’s description reveals that the character known as the Destined One often got ‘stuck’ while executing specific moves, and this problem is being addressed in the upcoming changes.

Regarding reducing enemy strength, the statistics for the Captain Wise-Voice boss known as the Yaoguai King have been lowered.
