Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds’ Kids “Traumatized” By Alleged Campaign

As a compassionate and empathetic individual, I find myself deeply moved by Blake Lively’s ordeal. It is heartbreaking to see someone with such talent, grace, and strength being subjected to such a vicious smear campaign that aims to tarnish her reputation.

Blake Lively is discussing the impact that Justin Baldoni’s alleged smear campaign had on her immediate family.

In a document submitted to the California Civil Rights Department and acquired by TopMob News, the former Gossip Girl actor is accused of orchestrating a defamatory campaign to tarnish her reputation. This alleged action is said to have emotionally affected Ryan Reynolds‘ children – James (10), Inez (8), Betty (5), and Olin (born in 2023).

“One of the main issues raised in the 80-page document – which sets the stage for a potential lawsuit – is the severe emotional distress experienced by the children due to the traumatic events. These incidents have deeply affected the children’s emotional stability, significantly impacting their overall well-being.

In the filing, Lively contended that Baldoni, producer of “It Ends With Us,” along with Jamey Health and Wayfarer Studios, reportedly enlisted the help of public relations specialist Melissa Nathan with the intention of damaging her reputation. This action allegedly had a profound emotional impact not only on herself but also on her husband of 12 years and their children.

There are times when she finds it hard to rise from bed, and she often prefers to avoid going out in public. The documents also mention that despite her efforts to manage both her personal life and professional duties, she’s been dealing with deep grief, fear, trauma, and severe anxiety at home. Moreover, she has endured recurring and distressing physical symptoms due to this ordeal.

The complaint continued, “Mr. Reynolds, too, has been affected mentally, physically, and professionally by his wife and children’s pain.”

As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to clarify that Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios have firmly dismissed the allegations. Their legal representative, Bryan Freedman, stated emphatically to The New York Times, “These claims are entirely baseless, excessively sensationalized, and deliberately malicious, intended not only to mislead but also to sully their reputation in the public eye by rehashing old media narratives.

Following Lively’s submission, she released an explanation detailing her motives behind pursuing a lawsuit.

As an ardent advocate for truth and justice, I fervently pray that my legal endeavor will unveil the hidden machinations behind these malicious strategies intended to undermine individuals who bravely expose misconduct. My heartfelt wish is that this action serves not only as a revelation but also as a shield for those who might find themselves in similar perilous situations in the future.

Since her filing was made, numerous individuals close to Rachel Lively have voiced their support – among them is Colleen Hoover, author of the book that inspired the movie adaptation featuring Lively and Baldoni.

Hoover expressed on their December 21st Instagram story, “You’ve been consistently honest, kind, supportive, and patient since our first encounter. I appreciate you for being the exceptional person you are. Continue to remain as genuine and resilient as ever.

Following Blake Lively’s filing of a legal complaint alleging sexual harassment and participation in a smear campaign by Justin Baldoni during the filming of “It Ends With Us”, Colleen Hoover, the author of the book upon which the movie is based, responded with a message to the actress. This response comes after Justin’s lawyer has since refuted these claims.

On Instagram Stories, December 21st, Colleen expressed: “@blakelively, you’ve consistently been truthful, compassionate, encouraging, and understanding since our first encounter. I appreciate you being just who you are. Stay unchanged. Stay strong.

Blake’s sister, fellow actress Robyn Lively, also weighed in.

Robyn shared a message on Instagram on Dec 23, asking everyone to thoroughly read an article from The New York Times. This article is about the complaint Blake made to the California Civil Rights Department, which sheds light on the cruel and malicious attempt to discredit her sibling, who was wrongfully targeted in this smear campaign.

The actress from “Teen Witch” subsequently pointed out that it similarly emphasizes the circumstances alleged to have occurred during Blake’s time on the set of “It Ends With Us.

The director of “A Simple Favor” by Blake, also stood up for her, stating on December 22nd: “I’ve collaborated with Blake on two films, and I can attest that she is incredibly professional, imaginative, cooperative, gifted, and kind. It’s disheartening to see her subjected to this defamatory campaign. I believe it’s deplorable that she had to endure such treatment.

On December 22nd, the comedian expressed her backing for the former Gossip Girl star by posting on her Instagram story, “I trust Blake.

Not long after Blake’s criticism became known, the Goop founder posted a picture of Blake Brown’s hair care brand (The Town) on her Instagram Story, saying, “I’ve just put it on my Christmas wish list.

Blake’s close friends and co-stars from ‘The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ collectively wrote a post on Instagram on December 22nd, expressing their support for her. They mentioned they stand with her in solidarity as she confronts the alleged efforts to tarnish her reputation.
