Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Blows Minds With Part 3 Opening: Watch

As a seasoned gamer and die-hard anime fan with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the return of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War is like a long-lost friend knocking on my doorstep. With Studio Pierrot’s promise of a stellar opening theme by SIX LOUNGE, I can hardly contain my excitement!

This autumn brings some highly anticipated new anime releases, such as “Dragon Ball Daima” and “Dandadan”, but what’s making a significant comeback this month is none other than “Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War”. As I write this piece, the supernatural shonen series will make its grand return on Saturday, October 5th. The Soul Society’s battle against Yhwach continues in this third part of the anime adaptation. In anticipation, Studio Pierrot has a special treat for Ichigo Kurosaki enthusiasts: the opening theme song for the Blood War’s third part is now available and could well be one of the best tracks of the fall anime season!

If you need a refresher on what has been happening in the Soul Society’s world, things have been pretty tough for Ichigo and his allies. While the Shinigami found a way to stop the Wandenreich from stealing their Bankais, Yhwach and his top lieutenants made their way to the Royal Guard. Looking to strike at the Soul King and take over the afterlife, the main villain had no issue with taking back all the power he “loaned” to his followers. Now that Yhwach is super-powered, it’s going to take a lot more than we’ve seen to defeat the Blood War’s big bad.

Bleach’s Thousand-Year Blood War Returns For Round Three

In the upcoming theme for the “Bleach” anime, titled “Without Saying Anything” by SIX LOUNGE, we find ourselves delving into an exciting new chapter. This sword-filled tale unfolds during the third cours and is officially described as follows: A fierce clash between Zero Squad and Yhwach’s Royal Guard ensues over the Soul King. As this high-stakes battle escalates, Sutara Senjumaru breaks his blood oath seal to save Kirinji, Hikifune, and Nimaiya, and unleashes his bankai, Sadakara Gaishirakutsuji, trapping the Royal Guard, including Uryu. On a separate front, Hyosube Ichibei confronts Yhwach, revealing his Shirafude Ichimonji, transforming Yhwach into a vulnerable, fleeting black ant. With both Yhwach and Uryu in dire straits, we’re left wondering how this battle will conclude…

The Future of Bleach

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news as a fan! Contrary to what many of us might have thought, the third course isn’t going to be the final chapter in the Thousand-Year Blood War. Studio Pierrot has confirmed that there’s a fourth part still to come, which will mark the conclusion of Soul Society’s battle against the Sternritter. When the anime eventually concludes with the Blood War, it will bring an end to the original run of the manga, although it won’t cover every tale from Bleach’s manga stories.

“Bleach: No Breath from the Underworld” is a standalone story penned by creator Tite Kubo, set years following the battle against Yhwach. This installment finds Ichigo Kurosaki and long-term companion Orihime Inoue living together, raising their own child, all while juggling real-life commitments with their Soul Society responsibilities. Since then, Kubo hasn’t definitively announced his intentions to continue the Bleach saga, but the success of the recent anime adaptation could inspire him to do so. Tite Kubo has been collaborating closely with Studio Pierrot to develop fresh Blood War elements, which suggests he has gained a deep understanding and appreciation for his creation.

Curious about whether the Soul Society will emerge victorious over the Wandenreich during the Blood War, or if Tite Kubo may resume creating new Bleach tales in the future? Keep up with Team Anime on egmr.ru for the latest news regarding the Soul Society and feel free to reach out to me personally @EVComedy to discuss everything related to comics and anime!
