In the game Lies of P: Overture, the enigmatic device known as the Cryptic Device will guide you through various spots. However, you’ll first have to acquire this artifact to start unraveling its secrets.

Obtain Bloody Cipher Machine

In the course of progressing through the main storyline of Lies of P: Overture, you’ll come across a challenging encounter with the Two-Faced Overseer boss. Conquering this formidable foe will reward you with the Bloody Cipher Machine, ensuring that you won’t overlook it during your gaming adventure!

Once I’ve got my hands on the Bloody Cipher Machine, don’t forget to chat up the fellow known as The Tracker hanging out by the door. Chatting him up will cause him to beat it, and he’ll scram back to the Eventide Hotel Krat.

Start by going up the stairs that you see from the Stargazer and turning to the left.

From this spot, proceed towards the doorway you see ahead. Be aware that there’s a large group of adversaries gathered there. It would be beneficial to take care of them first for a smoother journey ahead.

Upon entering, you’ll notice several showcases. Locate the damaged one with a crocodile protruding from it.

Engage with the crocodile, and you’ll find an opportunity to click a button. Clicking this button will disclose the “Crocodile Postmortem Findings,” unveiling the facts about the incident that took place at the zoo.

Return To The Tracker

Carrying the report, make your way back to the Eventide Hotel Krat. Speak with the Tracker about the hidden mysteries of this place as outlined in the report.

After that, tell him About the secret of the mounted crocodile.
