According to a press release from 2K president David Ismailer, this development team has crafted an exceptional AAA adventure that not only refines the gameplay and storytelling of the series but also maintains the core looter-shooter experience we all cherish.

Randy Pitchford, founder and president of Gearbox Software, expressed, “We are more thrilled than ever before about releasing Borderlands 4. This game offers an ideal starting point for newcomers, yet it’s also a heartfelt tribute to fans who have been loyal to the original series.
