2K Publisher and Gearbox Software have advanced the release date of Borderlands 4 from its earlier announced September 23 to September 12 instead. The game will be accessible on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store at launch. A Switch 2 version is set to arrive in the year 2025.
The upcoming PlayStation State of Play event, centered around Borderlands 4, has been officially set for April 30 at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET, according to Sony Interactive Entertainment.
