Brooke Shields Gives Update on Daughter’s Broadcast Journalism Career

Brooke Shields‘ daughter wants to take a path of her own.

Lately, the actress has revealed that her adult daughter, Rowan (aged 22), intends to embark on an acting career, however, she will be forging her own unique path distinct from her mother’s.

Brooke revealed to TopMob News during the premiere of Call Me Izzy on June 12 that her career goal is in broadcast journalism and news reporting. It was mentioned that she has worked with various media outlets, focusing particularly on their red-carpet events.

Brooke, who is proudly united with husband Chris Henchy and shares a 19-year-old daughter named Grier, expressed admiration for her daughter. She admitted her bias, but countless individuals have told her that they genuinely appreciate her daughter.

Brooke remarked, “She’s incredibly charming as a person.” She continued, “Even though I’m her mother, it’s not just me who feels this way. People are drawn to her, and they often share their admiration with me. It seems like they appear from nowhere, especially when I’m hosting morning shows.

As to the advice she gives Rowan, who joined her on the red carpet for the evening on Broadway?

“I just say, ‘Never give up. Just keep going,'” Brooke shared. “She’s going to be just fine.”

Apart from boosting her journalism profession, she also rejoiced in Rowan’s graduation from Wake Forest University on May 20th. She posted a picture of the happy family of four, along with individual photos of the proud graduate.
