Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Beta Includes Eight Maps and Modes

As a seasoned gamer with decades of Call of Duty under my belt, I must say, the anticipation for Black Ops 6 is palpable. Early access to the multiplayer beta is like receiving a golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory, and I’ve already pre-ordered my ticket!

This week starts the early access period for the multiplayer beta of Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, exclusively for pre-orders and Game Pass subscribers, with pre-loading now possible. A recent blog post has given us details about all the available content, starting with the Training Course.

During the initial weekend, players will get a chance to familiarize themselves with Omnimovement, which includes the character Frank Woods. Four primary maps – Derelict, Scud, Skyline, and Rewind – along with two Strike maps – Pit and Gala – will be accessible. Additionally, modes such as Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Order, Face Off Team Deathmatch, and Face Off Kill Confirmed can also be played.

As a gamer, I’ve reached the max level of 20, but there’s more to come! New weapons, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Perks, and all sorts of goodies are unlockable. Can’t wait for the next weekend when I can level up even higher, with the addition of the Core map Babylon, Strike map Stakeout, plus modes like Gunfight and Face Off, along with a new Kill Order!

The preliminary beta phase starts from August 30th to September 4th, followed by an open beta period which begins on September 6th and continues till the 9th. The highly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hits shelves on October 25th, playable on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and personal computers.
