Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer’s Body Shield Lets You Converse With Your Attacker

As a seasoned veteran of the Call of Duty battlefield, I can’t help but feel a thrill of anticipation as Treyarch and Raven Software unveil more details about Black Ops 6. The Body Shield feature, revealed in the multiplayer trailer, is an intriguing addition to the gameplay that I can’t wait to try out.

This week, the anticipated arrival of Call of Duty NEXT passed, bringing updates for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 from developers Treyarch and Raven Software. A fresh trailer showcased Liberty Falls, the second Zombies map, along with sneak peeks into the upcoming multiplayer beta. Notably, Treyarch shed light on an intriguing aspect regarding the Body Shield functionality in multiplayer for the game.

In the multiplayer unveiling video, it’s shown that you can seize control of another player and utilize their body as a protective barrier (which is why it’s called this). What makes it intriguing is that voice communication is enabled between you and your captor, opening up opportunities for banter or even discussing the weather. However, who knows, perhaps friendly chats about the climate could occur instead. After all, possibilities are endless.

On October 25th, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released for the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. People who have pre-ordered or are subscribed to Game Pass can start playing the beta right now, but this early access ends on September 4th. The open beta will take place from September 6th to 9th.

In our latest update, we’re pleased to verify that the Body Shield function within Multiplayer mode now facilitates communication via voice chat between the attacker and defender.

Be nice…
