As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must say that these recent changes to Multiplayer weapons in Modern Warfare II have certainly piqued my interest. The adjustments made to the Akimbo 9mm Daemon and X13 Auto are particularly noteworthy, as they’ve brought their time-to-kill competitive with those from MWIII. I can almost hear the nostalgic echoes of those iconic double-handgun duels!


The substantial update for Season 5 Reloaded in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is now active on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms. As is customary, this Season 5 Reloaded patch for MW3 signifies the midpoint and offers a wealth of fresh content to explore within multiplayer and Zombies. Beyond these new offerings, Activision has also implemented several balance adjustments that will significantly alter the game’s strategic landscape.

With regards to enhancements for “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III,” Activision has introduced a modified map for Ink House, four novel game modes, and two fresh weapons – the Torque 35 and Spear. Additionally, there are new Aftermarket Parts available. These updates also include numerous bug fixes and adjustments to the balance of 18 different weapons within “MW3.” Regarding the Zombies aspect, Season 5 Reloaded primarily addresses a few minor issues that players have brought to light.

As a long-time fan of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, I’m always eager to see what new updates will bring to my favorite game. New Modes

Fishfection

Eliminated Survivors become Infected fish. Infect everyone, or survive the game to win.

Paintball

Improved slide mechanism in paintball guns and their projectiles, granting smoother movement. Aim to outmaneuver the opposing team. Each weapon is capable of a one-hit victory.

Defuse or Destroy

Defend or Destroy the objective. No respawning.

Cyber Attack

Back by popular demand. Retrieve the EMP device and plant it near the enemy’s Data Center.

New Weapons

Torque 35 (Launcher, Week 5 Challenges)

A battle-ready bow, fully loaded for action, boasts a draw weight of 60 lbs, making it powerful enough to bring down big game. Some arrow types can be reclaimed post-launch.

Spear (Melee, Battle Pass)

Unleash the warrior within you using this sharp-edged javelin, reminiscent of Sparta’s finest. This versatile tool extends your combat range and is also capable of being hurled at adversaries.

New Aftermarket Parts

JAK Deathmarch (BAL-27 Assault Rifle, Week 6 Challenges)

With this replacement component, it switches out regular power sources for high-voltage energy cells and alters the barrel into a photon scattering one. This allows for a rapid succession of potent laser bursts to neutralize nearby adversaries swiftly.

JAK Devastators (Reclaimer 18 Shotgun, Week 7 Challenges)

As a gamer, I’m tearing it up with my dual-wielded Reclaimer shotguns, transforming myself into a relentless, on-the-move artillery barrage. Thanks to this nifty aftermarket part, precision and recoil management might be compromised, but the devastation I unleash? Absolutely off the charts!

  • Addressed an issue related to system language causing PC Game Pass players to crash.

  • Fixed an issue causing Combat Knife Blueprints to appear as the base weapon.

  • Reverted the color of the Azure Refract Camo to pink.

  • Introduced a ‘Customize’ section within the Armory Unlocks interface specifically dedicated to customizing Calling Cards, Emblems, and additional aesthetic elements.

    • Fixed an exploit allowing Conversion Kits to be equipped with incompatible Attachments.

    • Voice chat indicators now respect the HUD safe area.

    • Placeholder information is no longer displayed upon unlocking the JAK Decimator Conversion Kit.

    • Fixed an error caused by adding Orion Camo to Tracked Challenges.

    • Fixed an issue causing incorrect Challenge completion targets to be displayed in the Tracker Challenges widget.

    • I adjusted the details and advantages/disadvantages of various attachments to better align with their statistical data.

As a fan, I’m thrilled to share that the recent updates have made the average time-to-kill for Modern Warfare II’s Akimbo Handguns more comparable to those in Modern Warfare III. Instead of eliminating the existing damage penalty, we’ve chosen to enhance their usability, making these weapons even more enjoyable to wield!

    • As a dedicated gamer, I’ve noticed that when opponents don invisible gear like Ghost T/V Camo or Assassin Vests, they used to become just dots on my minimap. But now, it seems that those sneaky moves are less effective because they no longer turn into simple dots!

    • Fixed a missing subtitle for Ravenov after killing the Dokkaebi Warlord.

Gameplay

  • Fixed an issue causing inconsistent damage in hipfire compared to aiming down sights
