It was announced during the summer of last year that Captain Blood will be released for both PS5 and PS4 on the 6th of May this year.

This game, Captain Blood, had quite an intriguing journey. It was initially planned for the original Xbox console, but a challenging development process led to its transition to the Xbox 360. Unfortunately, the setbacks didn’t end there. The game’s release was ultimately cancelled when its publishing company faced bankruptcy.

Fifteen years on, the whole project by SeaWolf Studio has been revamped for contemporary gaming platforms.

In the trailer’s summary, it mentions that “Captain Blood” is an exciting action game based on pirates, set during the 17th century in the Spanish Main. You assume the role of a fierce pirate, embarking on a mission for treasure and honor.
