Cassie Steps Out PREGNANT Amid Diddy Trial!

Cassie is hitting the streets of New York amid her pregnancy.

In simpler terms, on May 7th, the expectant mother and “Me & U” singer was seen proudly displaying her growing baby belly during a visit to a friend, since she is expecting her third child with her husband, Alex Fine.

In a see-through gray blouse, a dark bralette underneath, and loose-fitting white linen trousers, I, Cassie at 38, could be spotted engrossed in my phone, standing out on the front porch.

The observation takes place during the process of selecting a jury for the federal case involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, where he is being charged with crimes including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution. These charges stem from allegations that he forced women into performing sexual acts against their will.

Over the course of more than ten years, during which he had an on-and-off relationship with Cassie, Combs has denied every charge that has been brought against him.

In a recent court case, a judge has decided that a 2016 video depicting Diddy (Combs) physically attacking and pulling Cassie down a hallway in a Los Angeles hotel will be admissible as evidence. The prosecution contends that this footage, initially released last year, provides clear examples of Combs exerting force on women, according to NBC News.

Although Combs denies all charges made by federal prosecutors, he did express an apology for his actions shown in the 2016 video.

It can be tough to look back at the hardest moments in life, but sometimes it’s necessary,” Bad Boy Records mogul posted on Instagram in May 2024. “I was truly struggling and had reached my lowest point. However, I don’t offer any explanations or justifications. The actions I displayed in that video were unacceptable. I wholeheartedly accept responsibility for my behavior in the video.

55-years-old, he stated, “I deeply regret my actions. However, I am determined to strive for improvement daily. I’m not seeking forgiveness, but I sincerely apologize.

Regarding Cassie, mother of five-year-old Frankie and four-year-old Sunny, she was deeply touched by everyone who showed support after the video of the assault that went viral online.

She posted on Instagram in May 2024, “A surge of affection has made it possible for my younger self to find peace and security now, yet this is merely the start. My journey with overcoming Domestic Violence is still ongoing. It reduced me to a person I never wished to be. However, through perseverance, I’ve grown stronger, but I continue to heal from my past experiences.

Agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out searches at the Los Angeles and Miami residences of Sean “Diddy” Combs on March 25, according to several sources within law enforcement who spoke to NBC News. The warrant originated from the Southern District of New York, and an HSI New York spokesperson confirmed to TopMob News that they were executing legal actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and local law enforcement partners. At the time of the searches, it was reported that Combs was present in the Miami region.

The news emerged regarding an investigation following accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs, which were presented in lawsuits by numerous accusers as early as November. Despite this, the musician has refuted these allegations, stating through a December Instagram post that “I am being accused of terrible things that I did not do. These individuals are merely seeking a quick financial gain.” He further declared his intention to defend his reputation, family, and the truth.

A day following the execution of search warrants at both Sean Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties, his attorney Aaron Dyer voiced his concern. In a statement to TopMob News on March 26, he criticized the excessive use of force during the searches, stating that it was unjustified and hostile. He also expressed concern over how Combs’ children and employees were treated.

Dyer highlighted that Combs himself was not detained but willingly spoke with authorities. He clarified that neither Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested or their travel restricted in any way, despite media speculation to the contrary. Dyer deemed the search as an “unprecedented ambush,” accompanied by a coordinated media presence, which he believed led to premature judgments against Combs and was nothing more than a witch hunt based on unsubstantiated claims from civil lawsuits.

In addition, Dyer conveyed that Combs intends to vigorously defend himself against all accusations. He further stated, “There has been no determination of either criminal or civil responsibility regarding these allegations. Mr. Combs maintains his innocence and will relentlessly work each day to prove his innocence.

During the investigations, it was reported by multiple law enforcement sources who are knowledgeable about the warrant, that authorities from the Department of Homeland Security confiscated phones from Sean Combs’ residence in Miami before his planned trip to the Bahamas. Furthermore, several sources familiar with the situation stated that firearms were found during the search.

A source with knowledge of the situation has informed NBC News that four individuals – three women and one man – were questioned by investigators from the Southern District of New York regarding accusations involving sex trafficking, sexual assault, illicit drug distribution, and gun offenses, all allegedly linked to Combs.

On the same day that search warrants were carried out at Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles, one of his associates named Brendan Paul was apprehended by the Miami-Dade police on suspicion of drug possession. This information was shared with NBC News by a law enforcement source involved in the case.

According to the arrest affidavit from Miami-Dade, Paul was detained for allegedly having suspected cocaine and marijuana edibles. The records show that he was released on bond on March 26th.

Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, stated through NBC News, “We will not be trying this case in the media, all matters will be addressed in court.”

In May, Paul agreed to a plea bargain, as confirmed by his lawyer Bieber to People magazine, stating, “Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to enter into a diversion program. Upon completion of the program, the case against him will be dropped entirely.

On September 16, 2024, as reported by NBC News, he was taken into custody in the lobby of a New York hotel. The specific charges against him are yet unknown, and it’s uncertain whether his arrest is linked to any recent raids.

In a statement to TopMob News, lawyer Marc Agnifilo expressed disappointment over the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue a prosecution of Mr. Combs that they believe is unfair. They consider him an imperfect individual, but not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been fully cooperative with the investigation and even voluntarily moved to New York last week in preparation for these charges.

The lawyer added, “Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Following the arrest of Combs based on a previously sealed warrant, the indictment was made public on September 17.

According to court documents obtained by NBC News, the 54-year-old is accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking using force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

The indictment claims that Combs exploited, threatened, and coerced women over a period of more than ten years, starting around 2008. The alleged actions were taken to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and hide his conduct.

Prosecutors say that Combs leveraged the employees, resources, and influence of his extensive business empire to establish a criminal organization. This enterprise, as stated in the documents, was involved in various crimes such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

As reported by NBC News, Combs pleaded not guilty and was refused bail. In simpler terms, he denied any involvement in the charges and the court did not grant him temporary freedom until his trial. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressed before the hearing that Combs would put up a strong fight with all his effort and determination, and his legal team is confident about this case.

After his apprehension, Combs was detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and refused a $50 million bond. This influential figure in music was also kept under suicide observation, which a source from TopMob News reported is routine for well-known prisoners. However, he has since been removed from that watch.

According to a source, he was given the same sector of the prison as Sam Bankman-Fried, who is known for his involvement in cryptocurrency fraud. (NBC News)

34-year-old comedian Jeff Wittek recently disclosed that he had been to one of Sean Combs (Diddy)’s “wild parties” approximately ten years ago, which were held at a mansion in Miami, around the year 2010.

On Jeff FM, Wittek stated that it seemed to be around eight floors tall and it continued ascending, and as you climbed higher, things became increasingly bizarre.

That incredible, unforgettable night left me absolutely stunned. For the very first time in my existence, I bore witness to an event beyond anything I’d ever imagined. Needless to say, I abstained from participating, but let’s just say the alcohol flowed freely, and I ended up quite tipsy.

As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”

At a press conference on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee disclosed that around 120 individuals have recently made sexual assault accusations against the rapper.

During a press conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that the accusations against Combs involve:
1. Alleged violent sexual assault or rape.
2. Accusations of arranging sexual encounters involving controlled substances.
3. The spread of video recordings related to these incidents.
4. Claims of sexually abusing minors.

In response to the accusations, a legal representative for Erica Wolff stated that Sean Combs continues to assert his innocence.

She stated, “He can’t respond to every groundless accusation in what has turned into an irresponsible media spectacle,” she said. “However, it is crucial to note that Mr. Combs strongly and unequivocally refutes any allegations suggesting he sexually abused anyone, specifically minors, as completely false and damaging.

During a press conference on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing one of the accusers, stated that one individual who has accused Combs of assault was just nine years old at the time the alleged incident occurred.

According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”

Janice’s lawyer, Natlie G. Figgers, expressed her sorrow in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Oct. 6, stating that it is heart-wrenching to see her son being judged based on falsehoods rather than truth. Witnessing what appears to be a public execution of her son before he can demonstrate his innocence is an agony beyond words. Just like any other individual, her son deserves a fair trial where he can express his perspective, present his defense, and clear his name.

The attorney representing Beyoncé and Jay-Z issued a statement in response to Jaguar Wright’s assertion on Piers Morgan’s show, suggesting that the power couple has a higher number of victims compared to Diddy.

As a faithful adherent, I shared with TMZ on Oct. 9th that there are whispers and then there’s sheer nonsense, but what we’re dealing with here is a significant step beyond that. This is a clear and deliberate allegation of something quite serious.

In response, their lawyer instructed Piers to “take down that untrue claim,” a directive he followed by doing so and subsequently offering an apology.

On his October 8th program, Piers stated that at the time he made his comments, they hadn’t been able to respond or defend themselves. However, as it turns out, their legal representative has reached out to say that the allegations are completely untrue and lack any foundation in reality.

In a revised lawsuit initiated in October 2024, defendant Ashley Parkham claimed that Odell Beckham Jr., Druski, and Combs were involved in a group sexual assault against her in the year 2018, which allegedly occurred in March 2025.

Both men denied the claims.

In March 2025, Combs stood before the court once more, denying charges leveled in an updated indictment which claimed he coerced staff into working excessive hours and made threats against them if they did not comply.

Following a court order that required an anonymous plaintiff identified as “Jane Doe” to disclose her identity and resubmit a lawsuit initially filed in October 2024, which accused Combs of sexual assault, the case was closed when the plaintiff failed to meet the deadline for refiling within the specified time period.

On May 5, 2025, a week prior to the start of the opening statements in the trial, the process of selecting the jury commenced. The jury consisted of 12 individuals with an additional 6 alternates as well.
