Cataclismo Exits Early Access on March 20th for PC

Approximately a year after its early release, Digital Sun’s game Cataclismo is set to make its full debut on March 20th. The Version 1.0 update brings a host of new features and content, including the final act of the campaign. For a sneak peek at what’s included in this release, check out the trailer below.

In the last Act, you’ll encounter six additional situations, one of them being a new environment called The Depths. This area is shrouded in darkness, making it impossible for units to attack enemies directly. However, players will need to construct structures to overcome this challenge, but it won’t always be straightforward. Additionally, get ready for the Opaline Horrors, as they are significantly more dangerous and menacing compared to other adversaries.

In addition to The Depths, you’ll find options for Survival mode, Skirmish with two freshly designed scenarios, and the Level Editor. Survival mode is undergoing a transformation, adopting a rogue-like system complete with upgrades and “rock-paper-scissors” style mechanics. Lastly, Iris Renegade will receive some new abilities.
