As a movie enthusiast, I’m thrilled to see the long-awaited on-screen collaboration between Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. The title could be “Deadpool 3” or “Deadpool vs. Wolverine.” In this instalment, our beloved anti-hero Deadpool is left shattered after being dumped by his girlfriend Vanessa and rejected from joining the Avengers. He’s now selling used cars with a wig on to hide his true identity. As for Wolverine, it seems he’s met his end – or so we think. Marvel’s affinity for the multiverse, a trend that some argue contributed to the decline of superhero franchises, reveals that he’s still alive in various alternate realities.
