Lionel Richie has found the love he’s been seeking in his granddaughter, Eloise, who was born to Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge in May. In an interview with TopMob News, Lionel shared his deep affection for his newborn grandchild, describing her as someone he could carry around town in his pocket. At 75 years old, Lionel is also known as “Pop Pop” to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s children Harlow and Sparrow. He struggled to put into words just how much he cherishes his family’s newest addition, going so far as to say that he could metaphorically eat her up. Lionel even shared a cute detail about how much he enjoys blowing on Eloise’s stomach to elicit a smile from her.
