Task Force M is moving forward with its next assignment: Season 2. On Monday, DC Studios officially confirmed that the mature animated series “Creature Commandos,” which marks the initial project under DC Universe by co-chairs James Gunn and Peter Safran, has been renewed for another season even before the conclusion of its inaugural season (set to air on Jan 9, 2025). This upcoming series from DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation features Viola Davis as the voice behind Amanda Waller, who enlists a covert team comprised of imprisoned monsters for tasks deemed too risky for humans, serving as the last and most extreme option.

Supporters of the Sega Dreamcast gaming system have received disappointing news directly from Sega. In 2019, Sega launched the compact Sega Genesis Mini, featuring digital versions of several classic games from the console’s library. This was subsequently followed by the Sega Genesis Mini 2, offering an expanded collection that included titles from the Sega CD catalog as well.
