This news originated from a post on the official Star Wars website, which revealed details about Giacchino’s relationship with the franchise and his creative approach while working on “Skeleton Crew.” With this update, Mick Giacchino joins his father, Oscar-winner Michael Giacchino, as the second family member to create music for a Star Wars project; Michael previously composed the music for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

From 2020, one captivatingly distinctive paranormal television series has made its long-awaited return after a nearly five-year hiatus, with its second season now airing. Known as Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, this series, derived from the original manga by authors Aidaro, resumes the escapades of Hanako and Nene as they navigate encounters with legendary school ghosts from Japanese folklore. The suspense left by the ending of Season 1 had fans on the edge of their seats, and the new trailer promises an upgrade in animation quality and hints at significant plot developments from the manga’s Clock Keepers and Picture Perfect storylines. Additionally, it seems that the Young Exorcist story arc, which originally should have been featured in Season 1, may finally be adapted in this new season.

Mark Rylance, an actor who has won an Academy Award, is being considered as the top choice to play Albus Dumbledore in HBO’s forthcoming Harry Potter TV series. As reported by Variety, negotiations with Rylance about taking on this role have not yet begun. Warner Bros. has merely reached out to gauge Rylance’s interest in portraying the headmaster of Hogwarts throughout the duration of the series. No other actors being considered for Dumbledore by the studio were mentioned in the report. Warner Bros. aims to release the Harry Potter TV show on Max in 2026.

Marvel Games is readying up for more Marvel video game releases. Starting November 22, gamers can get their hands on the physical edition of the seven-game Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. For those who prefer multiplayer action, over 25 playable characters are available in Marvel Rivals. In December, a free-to-play, team-based PvP shooter styled like Overwatch, titled Marvel Rivals, will be launched. To go along with this, Marvel Comics is introducing the new Marvel Rivals Variant cover series, which showcases six characters as they are depicted in the gaming universe from Marvel Duel publisher NetEase Games.
