Supporters of the Sega Dreamcast gaming system have received disappointing news directly from Sega. In 2019, Sega launched the compact Sega Genesis Mini, featuring digital versions of several classic games from the console’s library. This was subsequently followed by the Sega Genesis Mini 2, offering an expanded collection that included titles from the Sega CD catalog as well. Ever since, Dreamcast enthusiasts have urged the company to expand their mini console series, particularly focusing on the Dreamcast. Unfortunately, these requests have now been officially dismissed.

The long-running series, Star Wars, has a rich tradition of creating characters that endear themselves to fans. For a while, it seemed that no new character could match up to legends like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, or even the adorable Ewoks. Now, another new character is winning over fans and creating quite a stir – all thanks to the fresh Star Wars: Skeleton Crew series on Disney+!

Starting this coming Friday, December 27th, you’ll be able to watch “The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim” from home. This film initially premiered in theaters on December 13th, but unfortunately, it didn’t do exceptionally well at the box office. Here’s hoping that more people will discover and enjoy it once it becomes available for streaming!

Yukinobu Tatsu’s original “Dandadan” manga series was a beloved title on Shueisha’s Jump+ app. Although it gained momentum in Japan, its popularity was more niche among international manga enthusiasts. However, that has shifted significantly since the successful launch of its official TV anime adaptation this Fall. But now, the anticipation for new episodes sets in.

Amy Pascal, the producer of Spider-Man at Sony Pictures, has addressed the recent rumor about Anya Taylor-Joy playing Black Cat. The financial failure of Kraven the Hunter has brought into question the future of Sony’s Spider-Man universe. It appears that Sony is temporarily halting any further Spider-Man villain-centric spinoffs following this setback. Earlier reports suggested that Sony was working on a collaborative film featuring Black Cat and Silver Sable, along with individual projects for each character. However, the chances of these projects moving forward seem uncertain at present, despite Pascal’s comments.
