Initially met with criticism upon release due to numerous bugs and underdevelopment of concepts, Days Gone, developed by Bend Studio over an extended period, failed to meet expectations. Despite this, it managed to gather a dedicated fanbase who view it as an overlooked gem on the PS4. For some time now, there’s been no talk about a sequel for Days Gone at PlayStation, and recently, the studio has canceled its upcoming project and is currently seeking new ideas. The future of the Days Gone IP, however, seems to show promising signs.

The freshly released trailer highlights some battle sequences within the game, just as the creators have mentioned earlier, it appears that there is a strong emphasis on combat using swords, showcasing strategic movements, skillful parries, and lethal finishing moves.
