Watch Dogs Movie Wraps Filming
The highly anticipated movie adaptation of the popular Ubisoft game “Watch Dogs” has finally completed filming. The main cast includes Tom Blyth (from “Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes”), Markella Kavenagh (“Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”), and Sophie Wilde (“Everything Now”). Development for this project began back in 2015, but it wasn’t until earlier this summer that active production got underway, with Mathieu Turi (“The Deep Dark”) as director. The screenplay is written by Christie LeBlanc (“Oxygen”) and Victoria Bata (“Lessons in Chemistry”). This movie has had a long journey through development hell, but it’s now being produced by New Regency, with distribution expected to be handled by Disney following their merger with 20th Century Fox.
