A fresh preview for the game collection titled “Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection” has been unveiled by Atari, giving fans a glimpse of the various games and exclusive content they can anticipate. The trailer’s standout feature is the confirmation that previously leaked games like “Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero” and “Mortal Kombat: Special Forces” will indeed be part of the collection. What came as a surprise, however, is the announcement that the arcade version of “Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3” from WaveNet will also be included. I mean, when one has committed wrongs as heinous as Venom did, breaking free from that past seems almost insurmountable. Maybe his redemption arc went a bit too far into the realm of ‘goodness’, making it difficult for me as a fan to fully trust in his transformation. A more convincing and satisfying turn for him might have been right after the events of the original Venom: Lethal Protector series, where the struggle between good and evil still felt tangible.

Filmmakers sometimes hide secrets or references within their movies, known as Easter eggs, as a way to engage with their audience. These hidden details can offer insights into the storyline or provide a fun surprise for viewers. For instance, in the TV series Firefly, fans enjoy finding the scattered miniatures of Han Solo. In Jurassic World, an Easter egg we recently discovered is particularly prominent and serves as another connection to the original movie.

Though often recognized for prominent adaptations, King’s influence on television extends beyond the notable miniseries. He has occasionally taken on roles as a screenwriter, creator, and producer in less obvious projects, contributing to works not typically linked with his renowned body of work. From individual episodes within anthologies to entire series spawned from the lesser-known novels, these five concealed links reveal a more comprehensive perspective of King’s television legacy.
