Confess, Fletch Director Has Bad News About Sequel

Despite its poor box office performance, it received great reviews and fans of Gregory McDonald’s sharp-witted investigative reporter have remained hopeful that its success on home video platforms could lead to a sequel. Unfortunately, Mottola had already begun writing the script for the follow-up.
